The Pilot Newspaper in North Carolina reports that Jeff Hardy still faces all of the drug charges that he was charged with months ago.
District Attorney Maureen Krueger told The Pilot, “His charges are still pending. In fact, a new one was added.”
Hardy was in court on June 3rd but time ran out and there wasn’t time for his case to be heard. It has been rescheduled for early July.
The new charge that Hardy was been hit with is the Conspiracy to Traffic Opium, a felony.
