STEPHANIE MCMAHON'S REACTION TO NUDE PHOTOS

WWE’s live events website (www.wwelivetour.com) remains offline after nude images were published in the photo gallery on Wednesday.

The website featured an unmoderated section where fans are permitted to upload photos taken at live events. A nude photo of former WWE Diva Tiffany from her Playboy modeling days was uploaded to the website, garnering attention online. More tawdry images were uploaded including a graphic still of Chyna’s s genitalia from her 2004 adult film 1 Night in China, a photo depicting TNA Wrestling broadcasters Mike Tenay and Taz looking on with approval, and a photo of The Miz with lettering reading “I’d fap to that.”

Stephanie McMahon, who oversees the website, called an emergency meeting upon learning of the situation. “Everyone was said to be blaming everyone else,” according to the Wrestling Observer Newslette

MORE ON JIMMY USO GOT ARRESTED

Jimmy Uso’s DUI arrest has been picked up by several national media outlets. WWE spokesperson Kevin Hennessy told The Associated Press that they were looking into the incident. The AP noted that Uso was released from jail on a $500 bond.

JIMMY USO ARRESTED THIS MORNING

TAMPA – WWE wrestler Jimmy Uso was arrested for driving under the influence early Thursday, Tampa Police said.


Uso, whose real name is Jonathan Fatu, was pulled over at the corner of Howard Avenue and Platt Street. He was arrested at 3:14 a.m.


Tampa Police say an officer “observed the defendant traveling the wrong way on Howard Avenue in a silver Mustang.”


According to the arrest report, Fatu’s blood alcohol level (BAC) was .180. That’s more than twice the level (.08), at which a driver is assumed impaired, under state law.

SHOTS FIRED AT RAW EVENT

 Shots were fired in the parking lot last night after the show in Trenton. There was talk among the fans that John Cena, Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez had to be rushed back in the building for their safety. CM Punk and Ricardo both wrote about it on their Twitter.

SANTINO MARELLA SUFFERS CAR ACCIDENT

 Santino Marella suffered a separated left shoulder following a car accident Thursday night in Toronto. The official WWE website spoke to Marella about the incident.

“I had just left home and was going to get my hair cut before I began packing for WWE’s trip to Puerto Rico,” explained Marella. “[My barber] wasn’t around, so I just decided to go home.”

He was then hit by another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene of the collision until police arrived, and no foul play is suspected.

“My car flipped sideways and the trunk hit a light pole, it completely crushed in,” Marella said. “The airbags deployed, and all I could smell was gunpowder.”

Marella’s car came to rest near a light pole, and sustained significant damage.

“There was broken glass everywhere, and I tried to open the passenger door, but it was stuck,” Marella said. “Luckily, there was still power in the car. I opened the sunroof and crawled out.”

He will not be at RAW this Monday.

In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended referee Mike Chioda for 30 days for his first violation of the company’s policy.

WHO KELLY KELLY KISSED AT SUMMERSLAM?

 The man that Kelly Kelly kissed at ringside last night during SummerSlam was NHL player Sheldon Souray, who plays for the Dallas Stars. Kelly noted on Twitter that Souray was in town with her mother and word is that the two are now dating. Kelly previously dated WWE star Justin Gabriel.

WWE CAUTION ABOUT PAPARAZZIS IN LOS ANGELES

A lot of the WWE talents went home before going to Los Angeles after Monday and Tuesday’s TV tapings, with some not arriving in town for SummerSlam until late last night and this morning. This was done reportedly because WWE was concerned about incidents happening with talents in Los Angeles where paparazzi like TMZ are everywhere.

WOMAN TALKS ABOUT THE HEATH SLATER INCIDENT

Corinne Oliver, the woman who is accusing Heath Slater of attacking her during WrestleMania 27 weekend, tells WSBTV in Atlanta that the incident with Slater was the worst moment of her life. “When he grabbed me I immediately tried to grab his arms back, and I was saying ‘Turn me a loose.’ He wouldn’t turn me loose,” she said.

This is when Slater put her in a chokehold, she says. “I just started fighting with him, trying to get his arm from around my throat,” Oliver said. Oliver added that as she fought to get away, Slater kept begging her to go to his hotel room.

WWE TO RELEASE A DVD ON OMG INCIDENTS

 WWEDVDNews reports that WWE’s upcoming “OMG! The Top 50 Incidents in WWE History” DVD set is rated TV-14 and the blood is not censored throughout, as it is in other recent WWE DVD releases.

HEATH SLATER UNAWARE OF THE INCIDENT?

Regarding the Heath Slater controversy from WrestleMania 27 weekend that’s just now coming out in the news, looking back at Slater’s Twitter shows that he was absent from the social networking site for most of WrestleMania weekend. Slater returned on April 6th with the following tweet: “Just got home from a long, yet exciting,fun, and life changing week.. You have to love the WWE..”

MORE ON HEATH SLATER CHARGED OF ASSAULTING A WOMAN

The Atlanta Journal Constitution has an article up today on security guard Corinne Oliver’s claims against Heath Slater from WrestleMania 27 weekend in Atlanta. Oliver says that she has had back pains ever since Slater allegedly put her in a chokehold and tried taking her into his hotel room.

WWE is keeping distance from the situation. “The alleged victim is making claims against Slater individually, and it’s being investigated,” WWE spokesman Jerry McDevitt said. “This has nothing to do with the WWE.”

According to a police report, the alleged assault happened between 4am and 5am on April 4th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Atlanta, the day after WrestleMania. Police are still investigating the matter and no charges have been filed against Slater yet.

“She basically said he [Slater] approached her and asked her to go to his room,” Oliver’s laywyer said. “She said no. He started telling her she was pretty and those type things. The next thing you know she was in a chokehold, and he was dragging her and bending her backward, trying to get her on the elevator to his room. She violently had to struggle to get his arm from around her neck.”

The woman, who is still employed by Allied Barton security, immediately told her supervisor. After months of inaction by her bosses, the woman filed a police report on June 22nd. Her lawyer says she contacted police after supervisors told her for months they were going to handle it.

HEATH SLATER ACCUSED OF ASSAULTING WOMAN

Atlanta police are currently investigating a situation after a female security guard assigned to keep fans away from wrestlers at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Atlanta during WrestleMania 27 weekend claims WWE Superstar Heath Slater assaulted her.

Security guard Corinne Oliver claims Slater thought she was pretty and grabbed her in a chokehold while trying to take her back to his hotel room. Oliver claims she fought to get loose and then later identified Slater as her attacker.

According to WSB-TV, a WWE spokesperson said that the allegations were against Slater personally and not WWE as a company. WSB-TV notes that a “source in the wrestling world” says Slater denied the incident happened and said he was with his fiancee all week.

WWE TO RELEASE JOHN MORRISON DUE TO THE CURRENT HEAT?

As noted before, Melina was not allowed into the building at last night’s WWE RAW in San Jose. The feeling was that there would have been major drama about her release if they would have let her into the backstage area. The entire WWE security team was informed not to allow her entry. There was a concern that Melina would physically cause a problem backstage.

Also as noted earlier, WWE officials weren’t happy with Melina joining John Morrison over the weekend at RAW live events. Officials are very down on Morrison over the incident, feeling that it was a huge breach of backstage etiquette.

Morrison’s current deal with WWE is up in a few months and the recent heat adds to speculation that WWE won’t resign him. One source adds that Melina may have burnt her bridge with WWE after her reactions online to being released.

MELINA NOT ALLOWED IN THE WWE SHOWS

The Wrestling Observer reports that WWE officials were not happy with Melina joining John Morrison on the WWE live events this past weekend and as a result, did not allow her into the building for last night’s RAW in San Jose. Officials informed Melina that she was not welcome in the arena.

Melina confirmed on Twitter that she was told she couldn’t go into the arena to watch RAW but did hang outside of the building and meet some fans. She also added that she had the weekend trip with Morrison planned prior to being released from WWE on Friday.

MORE ON WWE SUPERSTARS GOT ROBBED

Regarding the incident where SmackDown wrestlers had their belongings stolen on the recent WWE tour of South Africa, what happened was that people on a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town targeted wrestler’s suitcases that had locks on them, and stole mostly electronics and watches. The airline came to a deal with WWE as the crew was informed backstage during one of the shows that the airline was going to fully reimburse them for every item that was stolen. WWE talents were told not to talk about the incident again and not to tweet about it from that point on.

JUDGE BANS OBSESSED MAN FROM MARYSE'S SIDE

 TMZ reports today that a judge has banned 61-year-old Lee Silber from being near WWE DivaMaryse for three years. They note that The Miz, Maryse’s boyfriend, was with her in court. Here is their report:

The man accused of stalking WWE star Maryse Ouellet has been legally banned from going anywhere close to the beauty for the next 3 years … TMZ has learned.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge granted Maryse’s request for a restraining order against 61-year-old Lee Silber this morning — requiring the guy to stay at least 300 feet away from the Diva … for the next 3 years.

As we previously reported, Ouellet claims Silber has been harassing her constantly — leaving more than 50 delusional voicemails on her cell phone … and sending her increasingly scary letters, promising to track her down in L.A. and “take me to heaven with him.”

Several attempts to reach Silber were unsuccessful.

UPDATE: Maryse was accompanied to court by WWE superstar The Miz. On their way out of the courthouse, both WWE stars were pretty tight-lipped, but seemed satisfied with the result.

OBSESSED FAN HARASSING MARYSE

WWE Diva Maryse is featured on TMZ this morning talking about a 61 year-old male fan who is obsessed with her. Maryse has filed for a permanent restraining order and told TMZ that she fears for her life. Here’s what TMZ wrote:

WWE star Maryse Ouellet claims an “extremely disturbing and delusional” man is OBSESSED with her … and now she’s asked a judge for protection after he allegedly promised to “take me to heaven with him.”


Maryse — a WWE diva who’s been romantically linked with former WWE champion The Miz — filed a request for a permanent restraining order against 61-year-old Lee Silber … claiming he has sent “numerous terrifying letters to my home and left more than 50 voicemails on my personal cell phone all of which are extremely disturbing and delusional.”


In one of the letters Maryse claims she received from Silber, he promises to “not only give you a check for $100,000, but give you a 100 carat diamond ring worth $20,000,000 to prove I am your friend.”


Maryse says Silber’s letters have gotten scarier over the last few weeks … with Silber promising that he will be “coming to LA for me” … and will “take me to heaven with him.”


In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Maryse states, “I fear for my life.”


Maryse tells TMZ she’s beefed up security at her home recently … calling Silber a “crazy stalker … who needs to either be in a psychiatric hospital or jail!”


Maryse is due back in court August 3rd.


TMZ placed several calls to Silber for comment — so far, no response.

WWE SUPERSTAR FACES HARASSMENT WHILE GETTING IN

WWE Intercontinental Champion Ezekiel Jackson reportedly had trouble getting into the arena before the SmackDown live event in White Plains, NY this past weekend.

Zeke apparently was denied entry by the arena security because they did not recognize him as one of the WWE Superstars. After pleading his case and still not allowed in, Zeke phoned one of the WWE agents, who came down and let him in.

SIN CARA MAY NOT RETURN AGAIN TO WWE

WWE announced Monday morning that Luis Ignascio Urive Alvirde, who performs as Sin Cara, has been suspended for 30 days due to his first violation of the organization's Talent Wellness Program.

PWInsider.com reports that WWE learned of Sin Cara's drug test failure on June 20, 2011. It is believed that he tested positive for anabolic steroids.

F4WOnline.com adds that he may not be brought back.

Sin Cara was written off television during last night's Money in the Bank pay-per-view. During the SmackDown Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Sheamus viciously powerbombed the masked grappler from the ring apron through a steel ladder. He was subsequently stretchered to the back by paramedics. To explain his absence from television, WWE.com announced this afternoon that he suffered a posterior fractured rib and will be sidelined for at least four weeks.
