TRIPLE H AT WALLMART

 Triple H will be at Walmart on Cockrell Hill Road in Dallas, Texas on Monday, March 7th at 11pm, signing copies of The Chaperone DVD. The signing is limited to the first 300 DVD purchasers. This is right as RAW is ending for those in Dallas.

POSSIBLE COLE VS LAWLER REFEREE

Two names being tossed around for the role of Michael Cole’s special referee in the WrestleMania 27 match against Jerry Lawler are Vickie Guerrero and believe it or not, Steve Austin. It could just be that Austin does an angle with Vickie on next week’s RAW or something as she is expected to be there.

NEWS ON NXT SEASON 5

As noted before, there has been talk of doing NXT season 5 with WWE Legends as the Pros and their sons as the Rookies. Another idea talked about a week ago was doing mixed teams with guys and girls. WWE apparently is in Tampa this week filming for the new season.

MILLION DOLLAR GARAGE FOR GOLDBERG

 Bill Goldberg and his $1 million, 6,500 square foot garage are featured in the new issue of Pacific San Diego magazine. Goldberg’s two-story garage contains a kitchen, a bed, a weight room and lots more.

RAW AGAIN NO. 1 SHOW

As noted before, Monday’s RAW did a 3.82 cable rating with 5.6 million viewers. RAW was #1 on cable TV with viewership this week, beating History Channel’s American Pickers and Pawn Stars.

TRIPLE H TALKS ABOUT MOTORHEAD

MTV News interviewed Triple H this week about Lemmy of Motorhead. Here’s what Triple H had to say about his theme:


“Years ago I was making a transition to becoming this bad guy, and they wanted me to change my music. We had our music guy Jim Johnston working on it, and it wasn’t the sound I wanted. I kept saying, ‘I want it more raw, more gritty,’ and I kept saying, ‘Think Motörhead, think Motörhead.’ So finally Jim was like, ‘Why don’t we just get Motörhead to do it?’ They were into it, and they did the song for me, and they came to one of the shows, and Lem and I just hit it off. They’ve played me to the ring a few times.”

BRET HART COMMENTS ON ROCK AND CENA

 Bret Hart wrote more about The Rock and John Cena on his Twitter yesterday. Here’s what The Hitman said:


“After watching Monday Night Raw last night I have to say I’m Looking forward to the showdown between John Cena and The Rock at Wrestlemania!


When I was WWE champion back in 1997, I often gave Dwayne all the advice I could, I remember watching him wrestle for the very first time and telling the wrestlers next to me, that Dwayne was going to be the biggest Superstar in the wrestling world and to mark my words. “

NXT ROOKIE INJURED

 NXT Rookie Derrick Bateman indicated on Twitter that he has a knee injury after last night’s season 4 finale. He wrote: “Heading to Birmingham to get my knee scoped. “It ain’t ballet.”"

THE ROCK ON WWE MAGAZINE

 Mike J. sent word that The Rock will be on the cover of the May issue of WWE Magazine, hitting newsstands in April. For all you UK subscribers, the May issue will come with a bonus disc of WWE’s Kofi Kingston DVD that never made it as a full DVD release.

WADE BARRETT IS GOING TO EUROPE

Wade Barrett is going on a WWE promotional tour in Europe in 9 days. Barrett will be doing signings and media interviews in London, Germany and other places. More details should be available soon.
