MIZ TALKS ABOUT HIS IMPACT IN HELL IN A CELL
The Miz wrote the following on Twitter last night, immediately after being escorted away from ringside during the Hell in a Cell opener: “1000 dollars on stubhub just went to waste. Still a better deal than a 250,000 dollar fine #FiredLife”
NEWS ON CLASSIC INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE BY CODY RHODES
WWE’s website posted an interview with Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes last night after he brought back the classic white title belt.
In the video, Rhodes talked about how important the Intercontinental Title used to be. He said people like Santino Marella, Ezekiel Jackson and Chyna tarnished the prestige of the Intercontinental Title.
In the storyline video, Cody was asked by the interviewer his response to Triple H ordering him to defend the title at last night’s Hell in a Cell. Before Rhodes could speak, David Otunga ran up and cut him off. Rhodes will be part of the disgruntled Superstars that Otunga is representing in the storylines.
NEWS ON TONIGHTS RAW SUPERSHOW
Tonight’s WWE RAW Supershow takes place from the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana with the fallout from Hell in a Cell and the build for Vengeance, which takes place in just a few weeks. SmackDown stars advertised for tonight’s show include World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry, Randy Orton, Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes, Wade Barrett, Sheamus, Christian, Daniel Bryan and Sin Cara. CM Punk vs. John Cena vs. WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio is advertised for the local crowd.
No matches have been announced for tonight’s show. Based on last week’s SmackDown, the group of disgruntled Superstars are expected to confront Triple H tonight.
WWE’s website is teasing that a mystery person was responsible for lowering the Cell last night before Triple H could make it in to stop The Miz and R-Truth. The teasers for tonight’s RAW Supershow ask if Triple H will be able to stop WWE from spiraling out of control.
WWE HELL IN A CELL 2011 RESULTS
WWE’s 2011 Hell in a Cell pay-per-view opens up with a vignette for tonight’s title matches that will take place in the Cell – Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry and CM Punk vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena.
- And we’re live from the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, LA as the pyro goes off and Michael Cole welcomes us to Hell in a Cell. Cole is joined by Jim Ross and Booker T tonight. Cole says Jerry Lawler is still out dealing with injuries.
Sheamus vs. Christian
Christian comes out for the opener. We see The Miz and R-Truth, who have tickets in hand, make their way through the crowd and take a seat at ringside. John Laurinaitis comes out and argues with them, leading to security escorting Truth and Miz back through the crowd and out of the arena. Sheamus comes out next as we get ready for tonight’s opener.
The bell rings and they lock up. Sheamus takes it to the corner but breaks away as Christian stalls on the apron. They lock up again and Sheamus slams Christian down face first to the mat. Sheamus takes Christian down with a side headlock and a 2 count. Sheamus with another takedown and more headlock pin attempts. Sheamus with a big slam and another 2 count. Sheamus locks Christian in the ropes but he fights off. Sheamus comes right back after a slap to the face and chases him around the ring. Sheamus wails away with forearm shots to the chest for a 2 count.
Christian comes off the second rope but Sheamus catches him in mid-air and slams him hard. Sheamus climbs to the top but Christian pushes him off to the floor. Christian follows to the floor and beats Sheamus back into the ring. Christian with more right hands and kicks. Christian chokes him on the ropes now as the referee counts. Christian continues the offense. Sheamus fights back but Christian hits a missile dropkick for a 2 count. Christian slaps Sheamus now. Sheamus comes back full force and beats Christian to the mat. Sheamus starts dropping knees as the crowd cheers him.
Sheamus with a pair of clotheslines and a big slam for another 2 count. Sheamus with a kick to the gut. Sheamus goes for a press slam but Christian slides out. Christian goes for Killswitch but Sheamus fights him off. Christian comes back again but Sheamus hits a backbreaker after catching him in mid-air. 2 count for Sheamus. Christian comes back with right hands and goes to the top. Sheamus catches him and climbs up also. Christian knocks him back to the mat. Sheamus charges in the corner but Christian moves and kicks him in the head. Christian nails a tornado DDT from the corner for a 1 count.
Christian goes for the Killswitch again but Sheamus blocks it and clotheslines him in the corner. Sheamus with a running knee to the head. Christian makes another comeback but Sheamus kicks his legs out. Sheamus pulls himself up to the top turnbuckle and leaps down with a big shoulderblock. Sheamus goes for a Brogue kick but Christian sidesteps. Sheamus comes in from the apron with a shoulder to the gut. Christian goes under his legs and trips him, sending Sheamus face first into the apron. Sheamus comes back and drops Christian’s head on the floor. Sheamus blocks a shove into the ringpost but turns around to a spear on the floor. Christian gets back in the ring as the referee counts.
Sheamus makes it back in at the 8 count but Christian spears him for another 2 count. Christian climbs back to the top and goes for a diving headbutt but Sheamus moves. Sheamus goes for the Celtic Cross but Christian counters with a Killswitch attempt. Sheamus blocks it and hits a Brogue kick for the win.
Winner: Sheamus
- Matt Striker is backstage trying to interview World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry. Henry tells him to shut up and starts mocking him. Henry says it doesn’t matter where he faces Randy Orton – the Cell or a back alley – either way he’s going to join the Hall of Pain.
Sin Cara vs. Sin Cara
We go to the ring and out first comes Sin Cara, wearing the blue and gold. The Sin Cara music begins to play again but it’s got a different intro. The other Sin Cara in black and silver comes out next and hits the ring.
The bell rings and they lock up. Black Cara takesdown first and stands on Blue Cara’s back. Submission into a 2 count by Black Cara. Blue Cara fights out with arm drags and they square off. They go to lock up but Black Cara pushes Blue to the mat and they trade holds. Back to their feet for another face off. They lock up for a test of strength and go to the mat. More pin attempts traded and holds before another face off. Another back and forth sequence with counters and another face off as the crowd claps.
They run the ropes and Blue Cara arm drags Black Cara right out of the ring, then leaps over the ropes and down onto his opponent. Blue Cara baseball slides into Black Cara, sending him back to the floor. Blue Cara goes for a moonsault from the apron but misses Black Cara. Black Cara takes advantage and kicks him before bringing it back in the ring. Black springboards into the ring for a 2 count. Black Cara with a headlock now. Blue Cara tries to make a springboard comeback but Black dropkicks him in the head, barely connecting, then covers for a 2 count. Black Cara with more kicks to the back. Black Cara with big knife chops in the corner now. Black Cara knocks Blue off the apron with a forearm shots to the face and then leaps over the ropes with a big splash.
More back and forth action. Black Cara with a backbreaker and another 2 count. Black Cara with another headlock and then more kicks to the back. More back and forth until they collide in mid-air. The crowd boo’s and a boring chant breaks out. Blue Cara fires back with kicks and misses a springboard back elbow. Black Cara ends up on the floor while Blue leaps from the top rope and takes him out. Back in the ring he gets a 2 count. A roll-up by Blue Cara now for another 2 count. Black Cara kicks Blue and powerbombs him for a 2 count. Black Cara stomps and goes to the top. Blue meets him and climbs up with him. Blue Cara hits the arm drag from the top rope and charges in the corner, kicking Black in the face. Blue goes to the top and rolls through on a senton. They run the ropes again and Blue Cara counters, turning a roll-up into a powerbomb for the pin and the win.
Winner: Blue Sin Cara
- CM Punk is backstage when David Otunga walks in. Otunga reminds Punk he graduated from Harvard and talks about how he’s representing the rights of all WWE stars, including Punk. Punk says he doesn’t need a lawyer, he’s got his own voice. Punk says he’s winning the WWE Title tonight and won’t be changing his mind. Punk says he loves Otunga’s bow-tie and sweater but hates lawyers. Punk tells him to go away.
WWE Tag Team Title Match: Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger vs. Air Boom
We go to the ring and out come the WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne. Vickie Guerrero is introduced next and comes out asking everyone to excuse her. Vickie calls her clients the next WWE Tag Team Champions and out comes Jack Swagger and his partner United States Champion Dolph Ziggler.
The bell rings and it’s Swagger starting the match off with Kofi. They lock up and Swagger takes Kofi to the ropes with a headlock. They lock up again and Kofi applieos a headlock. They run the ropes and Swagger drops Kofi with a shoulder. Kofi ends up taking Swagger down and getting a 1 count. Kofi with a big uppercut and a tag to Bourne for some double teaming. Bourne with a 2 count. Swagger comes back and slams Bourne hard before tagging in Ziggler.
Bourne attacks Ziggler with kicks and takes him down for a 2 count. Kofi is tagged back in for some double teaming and another 2 count. Another tag to Bourne for an assisted head scissors takedown. Bourne dropkicks Ziggler and covers for another 2 count. Ziggler finally makes the tag to Swagger. Swagger works Bourne over in the corner with shoulder thrusts as Vickie cheers on. Swagger tosses Bourne across the ring and covers for another 2 count. Swagger slaps Bourne and pushes him into the corner before tagging Ziggler back in. Ziggler takes Bourne back down, drops an elbow and covers him for 2. Ziggler charges in the corner but Bourne moves out of the way and tags in Kofi. Kofi runs the ropes but Swagger pulls the rope down, sending Kofi outside to the floor hard.
Ziggler brings Kofi back int he ring for a 2 count. Ziggler with a submission hold now. More offense from Ziggler and a cheap shot from Swagger while the referee isn’t looking. Ziggler tags in Swagger and he beats Kofi back down with right hands. Kofi fights back with a kick to the head and shots to the gut. Swagger beats him back down and knocks Bourne off the apron. Ziggler stomps away on Kofi while the referee isn’t looking. Swagger covers for a 2 count.
Ziggler is tagged back in to continue the attack on Kofi. Dolph taunts Bourne and drops a big elbow on Kofi for a 2 count. Swagger comes back in and stops Kofi from tagging. Swagger goes for the ankle lock but Kofi rolls out of it. Swagger picks Kofi on his shoulder. Kofi turns it around and drops Swagger with a big DDT. Bourne comes in as does Ziggler. Bourne unloads with kicks on Ziggler and knocks Swagger off the apron. Bourne goes to the top and leaps down with knees to the face. 2 count on Ziggler. Ziggler tries to come back but Bourne blocks the leg drop and hits a standing moonsault for 2. Swagger comes in and puts the ankle lock on Bourne. Kofi leaps off the top rope and takes out Swagger. Ziggler takes out Kofi. Bourne rolls up Ziggler but the referee wasn’t looking and it’s only a 2 count. Ziggler clotheslines Bourne and tags Swagger back in. Swagger goes to the second rope while Ziggler puts Bourne on his shoulders. Swagger goes for a powerbomb from the top but Bourne turns it into a hurricanrana for the win as Kofi pulls Ziggler out of the ring.
Winners: Air Boom
– We see the Cell being lowered over the ring before a video package for tonight’s World Heavyweight Title match.
Hell in a Cell for the World Heavyweight Title: Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry
We go to the ring and out first comes the World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry. Henry gets a feel for the Cell structure before making his way in. Henry enters the ring and raises his World Title high in the air. Out next comes Randy Orton to a big pop from the New Orleans crowd.
Orton enters the Cell, and the ring before we get formal ring introductions. The door on the Cell is locked as the bell rings and Orton strikes first. Orton attacks with right hands and forearm shots, knocking Henry to one knee. Orton kicks Henry out to the floor and goes to throw him into the steel of the Cell. Henry overpowers him and stops the Cell shot. Henry picks Orton on his shoulder and goes to torpedo him into the Cell. Orton counters and shoves Henry into the wall face first. Orton clotheslines Henry on the floor and stomps on him.
Orton brings it back in the ring and stomps on Henry. Orton drops a big knee and then goes for the second-rope draping DDT. Henry fights it off and slams Orton into the turnbuckles. Henry follows Orton to the floor and pulls his shoulder into the ringpost. Orton comes back and takes Henry to one knee again. Orton kicks Henry from the apron and staggers him around the Cell. Orton leaps from the apron but Henry catches him and rams him back into the Cell, then the ringpost and Orton goes down. Henry brings it back in the ring and Orton comes back with a right hand. Henry scoops him and nails a big running powerslam for a 2 count.
Henry follows Orton to the floor and they go at it. Henry scoops Orton up on his shoulder and slams him down hard on the floor. Henry puts his boot on Orton’s throat now. Henry takes the steel steps apart and slams Orton head first into the Cell. Henry grabs the top part of the steps and throws them like it’s nothing at Orton’s head. Orton moves out of the way and the steps collide with the Cell. Orton fights back with kicks and punches now. Henry clubs him with forearm shots. Henry scoops Orton again and rams him head first into the side of the Cell. Henry welcomes Orton to his hell and tells him he runs this.
Henry smears Orton’s face into the Cell before they bring it back in the ring. Orton fights back with kicks but Henry clotheslines him hard in the corner. Henry hits a big splash in the middle of the ring but Orton kicks out at 2. Henry drops Orton over his knee with a big backbreaker, then another. Henry with a 2 count. Henry locks in a bear hug now as Orton goes down to one knee. Henry rams Orton back into the corner and stands on his chest. Henry goes back to a bear hug to wear Orton down. Orton fights out with right hands but Henry headbutts him. Henry takes it back to the floor. Henry goes for the World’s Strongest Slam on the floor but Orton slides out and climbs the cage. Orton unloads on Henry and lays him out on the floor. Orton beats Henry around the Cell. Henry rolls back in the ring and in comes Orton. Orton with a Thesz press and series of big right hands.
Orton hits a nice standing dropkick, then the second-rope draping DDT. Orton hits the mat and preps for the RKO. Orton nails the RKO but Henry kicks out at 2. Orton waits on Henry to get back up and readies for the punt kick. Henry gets up and catches Orton with a World’s Strongest Slam for the pin and the win.
Winner: Mark Henry
– The Cell rises above the ring as Henry exits with his World Heavyweight Title. Orton gets to one knee in the ring. Henry goes under the ring and pulls a chair out, bringing it in the ring. Henry attacks Orton and hits a World’s Strongest Slam. Henry wraps the chair around Orton’s leg and climbs to the second rope. Henry goes for a big splash but Orton moves. Orton grabs the chair and attacks Henry with it. Henry rolls out of the ring but Orton chases after him and cracks him in the back with the chair repeatedly. Henry kicks Orton in the gut and blocks another chairshot. Henry runs off to the back as Orton gets to his feet. Orton slams the chair down before his music hits and we go to replays.
Cody rips on the New Orleans fans. Cody says the cursed Intercontinental Title should be put rest and places it inside of one of the brown bags. Cody has one of his lackies hand him a velvet bag to reveal the classic white Intercontinental Title. Cody talks about greats held the title such as Bret Hart, Ricky Steamboat, Randy Savage and Steve Austin. The crowd pops at the title returning. Cody says he will wear the title in honor of those men but will wear it with more pride and dignity than any of them. Cody puts the title on and says he will defend the title to any man, any time and any place. John Laurinaitis comes out and introduces himself to everyone.
Laurinaitis apologizes but says Triple H ordered him to come out and make this match. Out comes John Morrison.
WWE Intercontinental Title Match: John Morrison vs. Cody Rhodes
Morrison makes his entrance as Cody is going to be wrestling in slacks and button-up. Morrison attacks after the bell but Cody goes to the corner. Morrison with a roll up for a 2 count. Morrison takes Cody back down for another pin attempt. Headlock takedown by Morrison now.
They run the ropes and Cody misses a dropkick. Morrison takes him back to the mat and keeps control of the match. Morrison with a shoulder block and Cody rolls out of the ring. Cody takes his button-up shirt off and turns around to a baseball slide kick from Morrison. Morrison throws Cody’s shirt to the crowd and uppercuts him. Morrison brings it back in the ring but Cody rolls right back out and walks off. Morrison attacks him from behind and brings it back to the ringside area. Cody uppercuts Morrison down. Cody grabs onto the ringpost and is going to let the referee count him out. Morrison comes back over and kicks him in the head, throwing him back in at the 8 count. Cody attacks Morrison as he enters the ring and drops him on his front side. Cody stomps away on Morrison’s head now.
Morrison fights out of a headlock but Cody takes him back down. Cody continues the attack but Morrison rolls him up for a 2 count. Cody comes right back with a clothesline. Cody slaps Morrison around now and taunts the crowd. Cody locks on a Figure Four as Morrison tries to break it. Morrison makes it to the ropes and breaks the hold but is holding his knee. Cody with right hands and a knee drop to the face. Morrison turns it around and unloads with elbows and right hands in the corner. Morrison with a pair of clotheslines and a heel kick to the face. Morrison with a close 2 count. Morrison goes for Starship Pain but Cody stops him. Morrison kicks Cody in the gut but misses the running kick. They go back and forth until Morrison kicks Cody in the head and he goes down. Morrison misses a springboard kick and Cody rolls him up for the pin and the win.
Winner: Cody Rhodes
– Triple H is backstage on the phone when John Laurinaitis runs up. Triple H is pissed at him for making matches without his permission. Laurinaitis says Air Boom are being attacked. The Miz and R-Truth are in their locker room beating them up before running off. Alex Riley and Ezekiel Jackson tend to the champs, who are down, as Triple H yells at Laurinaitis some more for not having proper security.
WWE Divas Title Match: Beth Phoenix vs. Kelly Kelly
We go to the ring and out first comes Beth Phoenix with Natalya. WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly is out next with Eve Torres. The cable feed goes out for a minute but when it comes back on, Beth is beating down on Kelly as Natalya cheers her on. Beth with a headlock takedown. Kelly tries to make a comeback but gets slammed hard. Beth continues and then spanks the Divas champion. Beth with a backbreaker now. Beth keeps in control and hits a suplex.
Beth with a 2 count and a series of punches. Another 2 count. Kelly tries to make a comeback again but Beth kicks out. Beth with another pin attempt as Natalya cheers her on. Beth kicks Kelly and then chokes her on the ropes as the referee counts. Kelly comes back with a neckbreaker and a forearm shot. Kelly tries for a roll up but Beth sits down on her for her own pin attempt. They trade pin attempt and go back and forth. Beth grabs her for the Glam Slam but Kelly counters out of the corner. Kelly goes for a backslide pin but Beth rams her back in the corner. Beth with back elbow shots in the corner now. Beth charges in the corner but Kelly moves. Kelly handsprings into the corner with a back elbow and connects. Kelly goes to the top and plants Beth with a bulldog. 2 count for Kelly.
Eve comes over and stops Natalya from getting involved. Beth slams Kelly hard and applies her new submission hold. Natalya takes the mic and tells Kelly to scream louder. Natalya continues to taunt Kelly. The hold is broken but Natalya decks Kelly with the mic while the referee isn’t looking. Beth hits the Glam Slam for the win and the title.
Winner and New WWE Divas Champion: Beth Phoenix
– We get a promo for tonight’s main event.
Hell in a Cell for the WWE Title: Alberto Del Rio vs. CM Punk vs. John Cena
Ricardo Rodriguez introduces Alberto Del Rio as Del Rio is all business making his way inside the Cell. Out next comes CM Punk to a nice pop from the crowd. WWE Champion John Cena is out last as we get ready for formal ring introductions and the bell.
The bell rings and Punk goes for Del Rio but Del Rio slides out to the floor. Punk chases Del Rio around and into the ring. Del Rio avoids Cena in the ring and goes back out to the floor. Del Rio ends up in the ring while Cena and Punk are on the floor now. Punk comes in and tangles with Del Rio. Cena attacks from behind but Del Rio goes back to the floor. He comes back in but Cena beats him down. Punk pulls Cena off and wails away on Del Rio. Punk and Cena take turns on Del Rio in the corner. Punk rolls Cena up from behind for a 2 count.
More back and forth action. They end up on the floor and Punk pulls out a chair from under the ring. Cena goes at it with Punk on the floor and knocks him down hard into the Cell wall. They continue on the floor before bringing it back in the ring. Punk in control with a pair of 2 counts. Punk goes back under the ring, smiles and brings a table out. Punk sets it up on the floor. Punk runs to Cena on the apron and hits a big running knee. Punk goes to bulldog Cena from the apron to the table but Cena just shoves him face first into the Cell wall.
Cena turns around in the ring to a big chair shot from Del Rio. Del Rio stomps away on Cena and picks the chair back up. Del Rio props the chair up and back drops Cena on top of it for a 2 count. Del Rio with more kicks to Cena. Del Rio rams his knee in Cena’s face and taunts him. Del Rio takes Cena to the top rope and hits him in the back with a forearm shot. Cena ends up upside down in the corner as Del Rio works him over. Del Rio charges with a shoulder thrust but hits the ring post when Cena pulls himself up and out of the way. Cena goes to the top but Punk hits the ropes and knocks him off. Punk comes in and side suplexes Del Rio for a 2 count. Punk with another sit down suplex for a 2 count.
Del Rio hits Punk with a clothesline out of nowhere for a 2 count. Del Rio applies a headlock on Punk and keeps him grounded. Cena runs in and gets a 2 count on Del Rio then one on Punk. Punk comes back and sends Del Rio to the floor with a kick to the head. Punk and Cena both are down now. More back and forth. Del Rio takes out Punk and Cena with a chair. Del Rio hits Cena again and sets the chair on his chest. Del Rio stomps it into Cena then stacks Punk on top of Cena and the chair. Del Rio goes up top and splashes down hard onto Cena, Punk and the chair. Del Rio with a 2 count on Punk and a 2 count on Cena. Del Rio goes for the armbreaker on Punk but he blocks it and backdrops Del Rio over the ropes. Del Rio lands hard on the steps and is out on the floor. Cena goes for the Attitude Adjustment on Cena and hits it but Del Rio runs in and breaks the pin at a 2 count.
Del Rio drops Cena with a kick to the back of the head and covers him for 2. Del Rio applies an armbreaker on Cena but Cena fights it off. Punk comes in and breaks it up. Punk kicks Del Rio out to the floor and goes for GTS on Cena. Punk nails it but Cena kicks out at 2 as Del Rio breaks the pin. Del Rio rams Punk into the Cell and then the ring steps. Del Rio grabs the chair and hits Punk in the knee with it before stepping on his face. Del Rio comes back in the ring and goes for Cena. Cena rolls him up for a 2 count. Del Rio clotheslines Cena and then kicks him out of the ring. Del Rio throws Cena into the ring steps and then tosses him into the wall of the Cell.
Del Rio and Punk go at it in the ring now. Punk with a pair of clotheslines and a scoop slam. Punk climbs up top and hits the big elbow drop on Del Rio but he kicks out at 2. Cena runs in and hits shoulder blocks and a back drop on Punk. Cena goes for the Five Knuckle Shuffle but Punk kicks him in the head. Punk scoop slams Cena and goes back to the top. Del Rio runs up and knocks Punk off, sending him crashing through the table on the floor. Cena trips Del Rio and applies the STF. Ricardo Rodriguez comes down with a key and unlocks the Cell. He brings a steel pipe in but Cena knocks him off the apron. Cena drops Ricardo on the floor with an AA. Cena turns around to a pipe shot from Del Rio. Del Rio knocks Cena out of the Cell and locks himself in with just Punk.
Del Rio goes over to Punk, who is still laying on top of the broken table. Del Rio brings Punk in the ring and stalks him. Del Rio with a German suplex for a 2 count. Cena is still on the floor outside of the locked Cell. Punk counters a move and rolls Del Rio up for a close 2 count. Del Rio runs into a boot in the corner but runs right back and kicks Punk in the head, knocking him off the top. 2 count for Del Rio. Cena starts to get to his feet but is locked out of the Cell. Punk blocks the cross armbreaker and fires away on Del Rio with kicks. Punk with a leg lariat. Cena tries to get in the Cell but realizes he can’t. Punk with the high knee in the corner and a bulldog on Del Rio.
Punk springboards in and takes Del Rio down with a forearm but he kicks out at 2 again. Cena tries forcing himself through the Cell door but can’t get in. Del Rio grabs the steel pipe from the floor in front of Cena. Del Rio smacks Punk in the head with the pipe and then taunts Cena with the pipe from inside the Cell. Del Rio enters the ring but Punk goes for GTS. Del Rio hits him with the pipe two more times and covers him for the win and the WWE Title.

– As soon as the Cell rises up, Cena rushes under it and attacks Del Rio from behind. The Miz and R-Truth sneak in, wearing jeans and hoodies. They beat everyone down and kick the referees down. Triple H and John Laurinaitis run down but the Cell is lowered, keeping Triple H out. Triple H orders Laurinaitis to the back to open the Cell. Miz and Truth continue their beatdown in the ring as several WWE Superstars run down and try to shake the Cell down. Truth takes out a camera man as Miz beats u a referee. The whole locker room is trying to get in the Cell now as Truth and Miz continue beating down everyone in the ring. Another camera man in the Cell gets taken out. Security, Superstars and officials are now surrounding the ring, with police. Someone comes down and cuts the lock off the Cell with bolt cutters. Police enter the ring first as Triple H is held back. Truth and Miz surrender to the police and drop to their knees, putting their hands behind their back. Truth and Miz are put in handcuffs, then taken out of the Cell by police. Triple H runs up and takes them both down. Triple H wails away with right hands on both men as they’re in handcuffs. Triple H pushes down Laurinaitis and it’s chaos at ringside. Triple H is going crazy as two men hold him back and try to pull him to the backstage area. Hell in a Cell goes off the air with Triple H behind held back while Miz and Truth are taken away in handcuffs, the whole locker room and officials looking on.

It was noted by a WWE source that shipping the Hell in a Cell to Kansas City and building it for this past Monday’s RAW was very expensive and while an exact dollar figure wasn’t given, it was said that the cost is a lot more than you would think.

WHY THE CAGE WAS LOWERED AT RAW?
Word is that “who lowered the cage” was supposed to be a big mystery at the end of Monday’s RAW when the Cell was lowered over CM Punk, Alberto Del Rio, John Cena and Ricardo Rodriguez. It’s said that many of the angles on Monday’s RAW were done to build up the Vengeance pay-per-view rather than Hell in a Cell.

EDGE ADVERTISED FOR WWE HELL IN A CELL
The official website of the New Orleans Arena is advertising Edge for next month’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event taking place October 2: “Witness the Superstars of both Raw and Smackdown live under the same roof for a PPV extravaganza live event featuring: John Cena, Randy Orton, Alberto Del Rio, The Miz, Edge, Rey Mysterio, John Morrison, The Big Show and many more Superstars live!”
WWE paid tribute to the “Rated-R Superstar” following last night’s SmackDown taping in Toronto, Ontario with “Edge Appreciation Night.” He also hosted “The Cutting Edge” with World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton and Mark Henry during the taped show. He is also advertised for next Tuesday’s SmackDown taping in Dayton, Ohio.

* Money in the Bank on July 17th at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, which is new information.

HAYES BEHING UNDERTAKER AND KANE MATCH
It is said that creative writer Michael Hayes brainstormed the finish to The Undertaker vs. Kane match at Hell in a Cell, which saw Paul Bearer turn on “The Deadman” by using the mystical urn’s “mysterious incandescence” to weaken him. Bearer then handed Kane the object, which he then used as a weapon.

KANE COMPLETED THIRTEEN YEARS WITH WWE
The thirteen year anniversary of the Kane character, who made his WWE debut at Bad Blood: In Your House. Paul Bearer introduced the character, who proceeded to cost The Undertaker a victory against Shawn Michaels in the first ever Hell in a Cell match.
FUTURE OF PAUL BEARER IN WWE
While Paul Bearer turning on Undertaker at Hell in a Cell seemed like something of a no-brainer, F4WOnline.com’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter said that it was not part of the original plan.
Although Bearer’s turn was always a possibility, the original conception of the angle did not have the swerve taking place so rapidly, if at all. Nonetheless, when the idea was suggested in creative, WWE decided it would make for a fitting conclusion to the HIAC main-event.
Despite Bearer’s turn, there is still long-term interest in having Paul Bearer manage Undertaker for a final run. Of course, as speculation about Undertaker retiring has proven incorrectly for over ten years, it is far from clear when that final run will be.

WWE HELL IN A CELL PPV RESULTS
Tonight’s WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view opens up with a dramatic video package focusing on tonight’s Cell matches between Kane and The Undertaker as well as Sheamus and Randy Orton. They shoot it like the Cell is doing the talking. “I am Hell in a Cell”, it says. And we’re live inside the American Airlines Center from Dallas, Texas as pyro goes off. Michael Cole welcomes us. We see the Cell hanging above the ring.
Submissions Count Anywhere Match for the WWE United States Title: John Morrison vs. The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan
We go to the ring for tonight’s first title match and out comes John Morrison. Out next comes WWE’s United States Champion, Daniel Bryan. The Miz is out last. Miz comes out and says he mentored both Morrison and Bryan. He says neither of them would be here if it weren’t for him. Miz says he never tapped out, because he’s The Miz and he’s awesome. The bell rings and here we go.
Miz and Bryan hit a double shoulder block to Miz, sending him to the outside. Morrison goes out one sie of the ring, and Bryan the other, and they chase Miz around for a bit before Morrison catches his foot, and Bryan executes a single leg drop kick to Miz’s head. Morrison and Bryan trade holds, doing a bit of mat wrestling before Bryan grapevines Morrison’s let and wrenches away. Morrison rolls to the outside, but Bryan continues to hold on until Miz kicks him in the back of the head. Miz picks up Morrison and rams him into the ring apron before sending BRyan into the barricade.
Miz rolls Morrison back into the ring where he pounds on him for a bit. Morrison is able to catch Miz off guard and lock in the tarantula, but Bryan breaks it up with a dropkick, sending Morrison to the outside. Bryan locks in Cattle Mutilation! Miz fights right out of it though, so Bryan lays in with some stiff kicks to Miz’s chest. Bryan grapevines Miz’s leg and Miz screams in pain. Bryan kicks Miz in the head with the submission locked in and he and Miz trade kicks. They roll toward the corner, and Morrison breaks up the submission with a corkscrew moonsault. Morrison locks in what looks to be the Haas of pain, but Miz breaks it up.
Morrison sends Miz to the outside and follows out with a corkscrew plancha. On the outside, Morrison charges Miz, but finds himself backdropped out into the crowd. Morrison tries to fight back, but Miz sends him headfirst into the ringside barricade. Miz locks in an armbar with his knee on Morrison’s head, but Morrison fights out of it with a big right hand. Morrison hits Miz with a series of forearms, and he and Miz begin brawling up the stairs deeper into the crowd. Miz locks Morrison in a modified Dragon sleeper wrenching Morrison between the stair railing, and Bryan is there to break it up. Miz comes right back, slamming Bryan head first into a trash can.
Miz continues to chase Bryan and almost finds himself locked in an arm bar, but Miz fights out of it. Miz fights off Morrison, bodyslamming him into a crowd partition. Miz sends Bryan crashing through a barricade. Miz disappears into the back and returns, rolling a big equipment box straight into Morrison before slamming Bryan on top of it. Miz launches the box, with Bryan still on top of it, into the entrance ramp, launching Bryan onto the ramp. Morrison uses the box to drop kick Miz in a terrible fashion. Morrison tries to lock in a submission but Bryan breaks it up. Miz sends Bryan into the barricade and connects with the SCF on Morrison on the concrete.
Miz turns his attention to Bryan and they fight up on the ramp. Both men go for their respective finishers, but neither man can connect. Bryan and Miz both hit simultaneous clotheslines and both are down. Morrison is shown on the side of the stage climbing the scenery. He climbs to the top of a stage Hell in a Cell and leaps off on both Bryan and Morrison with a big cross body.
Morrison gets to his knees and grabs Miz’s ankle. Morrison locks in a Texas cloverleaf, and Miz is screaming. Alex Riley comes out of nowhere and tosses Morrison off the Miz. Bryan sends Riley crashing into a cameraman and off the stage. Bryan turns his attention to Miz and he’s able to lock in the LeBell lock. Miz is forced to tap on the entrance ramp.
Winner: Daniel Bryan
- We get a promo video with highlights of the feud between Sheamus and Randy Orton.
Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Title: Sheamus vs. Randy Orton
We see the Cell structure as Sheamus comes to the ring for the 20th Hell in a Cell match in WWE history. Out next is the WWE Champion Randy Orton to a big pop. We get formal introductions.
Orton and Sheamus lock up and push each other around the ring. They eventually break the collar and elbow tie up and just trade blows instead. Orton hits Sheamus with a big clothesline before raking his boot across Sheamus’ face. Sheamus is able to get a couple of blows in, in the corner, but Orton comes right back with another clothesline, and another that sends Sheamus over the top to the outside, Orton goes to slam Sheamus’ head into the cell, but Sheamus blocks and gets right back into the ring.
Back in the ring Orton tries for the pin, but Sheamus kicks out at two. Orton tries for a suplex, but Sheamus blocks, and suplexes Orton into the ropes instead. Sheamus hits a shoulderblock to Orton, who’s standing on the apron and ends up launched into the cell wall. Sheamus follows to the outside, but only to bring Orton back into the ring. Cover by Sheamus and he gets a two count. Sheamus lays into Orton with several boots in the corner. Orton tries to fight back with a couple of right hands, but a big fist to the gut puts Orton back down to the mat. Sheamus hits Orton with a couple of knees to the ribs.
Sheamus goes for a cover but can’t get three. Sheamus goes into the corner and tears off the turnbuckle pad, but when he goes to slam Orton’s head into it, Orton blocks it and begins to fight back. A quick blow from Sheamus takes Orton right back down to the mat. Orton rolls to the outside, and Sheamus follows (PG-ishly) raking Orton’s face and slamming it into the cell wall. Sheamus sets up the ring steps on their side, choosing to suplex Orton, ribs first, into the steps. Sheamus stands and knees down on Orton’s ribs, continuing to wear away at Orton. Back in the ring, Sheamus goes for a cover but he only gets two.
Sheamus locks in a rear chin lock, wrapping his legs around Orton’s body, but Orton is able to fight out of it. Sheamus lays into Orton with a couple of kicks to the back, and it’s right back into another submission, this time a waistlock. Orton fights to his feet and out of the hold with a big back body drop.
Orton sends Sheamus into the exposed turnbuckle, and both men are slow to get to their feet. Orton and Sheamus trade blows in the middle of the ring, and Orton fights out of a hold only to hit two clotheslines and a power slam on Sheamus. Sheamus misses with a clothesline and walks into a belly to belly suplex that’s good for a near fall. Orton hits his signature backbreaker, but Sheamus is quick to get back to his feet and reverses an RKO only to attack the ribs with a high knee to Orton’s stomach.
Sheamus goes to the outside, grabs the steel steps and brings them to the inside. Orton tries to fight abck against Sheamus, but Sheamus continues to focus on Orton’s ribs. Orton fights out of shoulder breaker position, and delivers a powerslam to Sheamus, planting him on the steps. Orton covers Sheamus, but Sheamus kicks out at two.
Sheamus rolls out to the apron, and Orton tries to go for his rope assisted DDT. Sheamus fights out of it, but Orton grabs his head, and jumps over the top rope, hanging Sheamus up on the top rope. Orton grabs Sheamus by the head, and dragging Sheamus out to the apron, hitting the DDT from the apron to the floor.
Sheamus is pretty quick to get back up to his feet, and he sends Orton shoulder first into the ring post, instead of getting another RKO. Back in the ring, Sheamus goes for, and hits his urunage backbreaker on the ring steps. Sheamus tosses the steps aside and waits for Orton to get back to his feet. Sheamus hits the bicycle kick and goes for the cover but Orton kicks out at two.
Sheamus goes under the ring, where he grabs a chair. Sheamus heads back into the ring and wails away at Orton’s back, hitting him about four times in succession. Sheamus covers Orton but still can’t get the three count. Sheamus picks up the chair again and waits for Orton to get to his feet. Sheamus swings but Orton ducks. Orton connects with the RKO, but Sheamus rolls to the outside.
Orton goes to the outside, and gets a look on his face. Orton sets up for the punt, but Sheamus rolls out of the way. Sheamus hits the bicycle kick instead, putting Orton down. Sheamus tries to get Orton up, and he rolls him back into the ring. Another cover, and Orton kicks out at two again.
Sheamus puts the ring steps back into the middle of the ring. Sheamus drags Orton to the steps, and he sets up for the high cross, but Orton counters out of it, planting Sheamus back first into the steps. Sheamus picks up Orton, but eats and RKO, coming down across the ring steps. Orton covers Sheamus, and this one is over.
Winner: Randy Orton
– After the match, Randy Orton climbs to the top of the massive Cell and poses for the fans as his music plays.
– We go backstage with the NXT season 3 Divas – Aksana, Kaitlyn, AJ Lee, Maxine, Naomi Knight and Jamie Keyes. Nexus walks up and Heath Slater says they will have 6 members tonight after Wade Barrett wins. Barrett says they have a special gift for Cena tonight and it’s a Nexus armband. Barrett promises that Cena will be Nexus tonight.
– We go to the ring where Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer makes his ring introduction. Del Rio makes his way to the ring, not dressed to wrestle. Del Rio introduces himself to everyone. He says this is his WWE pay-per-view debut tonight and he wants to make it special. Del Rio talks about taking out Christian and Rey Mysterio and asks who will be next to face him.
Del Rio cuts a promo on the fans in Texas. He says he can buy every single one of them. Del Rio says he is better than everyone and says he is going to challenge…. Edge’s music interrupts and out he comes to the ring.
Edge says he is out here not to defend anyone, but to fight against stupidity. Edge says Del Rio has some parts of him that are stupid. Del Rio says he isn’t stupid, he’s the man who’s going to hurt you. Edge says Del Rio’s wink is stupid, his ring announcer is stupid and his scarf. It looks like we’re about to see a fight when Jack Swagger’s music hits and out he comes. Swagger says what’s stupid is a Canadian and an American arguing while he, the All-American, isn’t even wrestling tonight. Swagger is upset about Edge’s actions on Friday. Edge attacks Swagger but gets beatdown by Del Rio and Swagger. Del Rio slips away when the e-mail alert from RAW’s General Manager comes in. It’s announced that on RAW tomorrow, Edge must apologize to the GM. It’s also announced Edge vs. Swagger will take place right now.
Edge vs. Jack Swagger
Swagger lays the boots in to Edge midsection to start the match, but Edge reverses an Irish whip, hits a drop toe hold, and an elbow to the back of Swagger’s head. Swagger sends Edge crashing into the middle turnbuckle with a big Irish whip, before burying his boot in Edge’s chest. Swagger catches Edge with a big right hand, and Edge tries to fight back, but Swagger goes behind and hits a beautiful modified gutbuster that’s good for a two count.
Edge tries to fight back again, but Swagger hits Edge with a big clothesline to the back of the head that’s good for another near fall. Swagger puts Edge in a waistlock, and rolls around on the mat with him for a bit, before wrapping Edge up with a body scissors. Edge is able to fight it off, making his way up to his feet and hot shotting Swagger on the top rope. Edge puts Swagger on the middle rope and launches himself, but Swagger moves and Edge crashes into the ropes. Swagger covers Edge but only gets two. Swagger tries to German suplex Edge from the apron to the floor, but Edge grabs onto the ropes and won’t let go. Swagger locks in a sick rope assisted abdominal lock, but he’s forced to break within five seconds. Swagger comes back into the ring, but he’s greeted with a huge boot from Edge.
Swagger is able to take Edge down to the mat and he tries for the ankle lock, but Edge fights it off. Edge hits a modified neckbreaker that’s good for a near fall, but Swagger kicks out and goes right into the ankle lock. Edge gets to the ropes, and Swagger is forced to break the hold. Edge gets back to his feet, and he back body drops a charging Swagger over the top rope and out to the floor. Edge teases a suicide dive, but Swagger avoids it, and drags Edge to the floor. Swagger tries to lock in the ankle lock on the floor, but Edge sends Swagger head first into the ring steps instead. Back in the ring, Edge climbs the ropes, and Swagger jumps right up trying to bring Edge down. Edge fights Swagger off, and comes flying off the top with a missile dropkick that’s good for a two count.
Edge goes to the outside, and ends up crashing into another cameraman. When Edge goes up to the top again, Swagger jumps right up and hits a super belly to belly suplex, launching Edge across the ring. Swagger goes for the cover but only gets a two count. Swagger hits a belly to back suplex, planting Edge on the canvas, and Swagger’s lip looks to be busted open. Swagger goes for the Vader bomb, but Edge jumps to his feet and kicks Swagger in the ribs. Edge lets Swagger get to his feet, but when he goes for the spear, Swagger counters into a gut wrench powerbomb. Swagger covers Edge, but Edge kicks out at two. Swagger grabd Edge’s leg, and Edge goes for an enzugiri, but Swagger ducks, and Edge goes down. Swagger locks in the ankle lock.
Edge makes it to the ropes, but Swagger drags him back to the middle of the ring. Edge rolls through, getting out of the hold, and he connects with a big spear, taking Swagger out. Edge pins Swagger and gets the three count.
Winner: Edge
- We go backstage with David Otunga, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater and Michael Tarver. Apparently Otunga has a way to help Wade Barrett win tonight that won’t get them disqualified. Otunga tells him he will explain it to them and they walk off.

Out first for the next match is Wade Barrett, without any other Nexus members. Out next comes John Cena to a big pop from the crowd. If Cena loses, he must join Nexus but if he wins, the group must disband.
The bell rings, and we’re ready to kick things off. Both men lock up, and Barrett locks in a side headlock, but Cena fights out of it and takes Barrett down to the mat with some quick wrestling. Another lock up, and Cena takes Barrett right back down to the mat. Another lock up, and Barrett works over Cena’s arm and wrist, but Cena quickly works his way out of it and takes Barrett down with a big hip toss and dropkick.
Barrett pounds and stomps away at Cena, mounting and wailing away at his face. Cena comes right back with a series of rights and lefts of his own. Cena gets Barrett on his shoulders, but the Nexus run out to the ring, and Cena is distracted, allowing Barrett to hit him from behind with a big forearm. Barrett looks angry at the NExus and he argues with them, telling them not to interfere, and that he’s got a plan. Barrett picks Cena up and throws him into the barricade. Barrett sends Cena back into the ring, where he gets a quick two count.
Barrett pounds on Cena in the corner, sending Cena across the ring before hitting a big backbreaker that’s good for a two count. Barrett actually goes to the second rope, and jumps off with a big elbow drop. Barrett covers Cena but again, only gets a two count. Barrett continues the assault on Cena in the corner with a series of boots to Cena’s arms and midsection. Cena is able to battle back, catching Barrett with rights and lefts, but a charging Cena eats nothing but turnbuckle when Barrett moves. Barrett hits a neckbreaker that’s good for a two count. Barrett locks in a submission, and there’s a 50/50 chant for both men. Barrett slingshots Cena into the ropes, where he crashes back into Barrett’s knees, before Barrett goes back to work on Cena’s shoulders and arms.
Cena is able to fight out of the submission, and he comes right back with two consecutive flying shoulder blocks. A belly to back suplex, and Cena signals for the five knuckle shuffle, but he’s distracted when Nexus surround the ring. Cena hits the five knuckle shuffle anyway. Big Show is out, and he’s followed by a good portion of the locker room, who’re out to take it right to Nexus. The other superstars send Nexus packing. Officials come down to the ring to try and restore order, sending everyone to the back. Barrett gets to his feet and goes for a clothesline but Cena ducks. Cena almost locks in the STF but Barrett fights out of it. Barrett connects with a pumphandle slam, that’s good for a two count.
Barrett tries for the wasteland, but Cena counters out of it, going for the cover and getting a two count. Cena gets to his feet and waits for Barrett. Cena tries for the AA, but Barrett fights out of it, and hits some sort of crazy slam that’s good for another near fall. Both men are back to their feet, and Cena catches Barrett with a boot to the face, only to walk into a big side slam, that again, is good for another near fall. Barrett drags Cena over to the corner and goes up to the middle rope. Barrett jumps off with a big elbow drop, but Cena moves out of the way and Barrett crashes and burns.
Cena pulls himself to his feet on the apron, and he climbs up to the top rope, but Barrett stops him, seating him on the top turnbuckle. Both men are up again, and Cena ducks a clothesline before trapping Wade Barrett in the STF. Barrett crawls toward the ropes, and a ‘fan’ jumps into the ring to try and break things up. Another ‘fan’ comes in from out of nowhere while the ref is distracted and clocks Cena with something. Barrett pins Cena and gets the three count.
Winner: Wade Barrett
– After the match, the other members of Nexus come in the ring and celebrate with Barrett while Cena is laid out. They head up the ramp and turn around to laugh at Cena, who is looking not happy and trying to get to his feet. Cena finally stands and is applauded by the fans. We go to replays and afterward, Cena is looking very down.
- We go backstage with Paul Bearer and Josh Matthews. Bearer says Kane isn’t the only one with a master plan. Bearer has been waiting for 6 years, coming up with his own master plan. Bearer says Kane will never be the father of destruction’s favorite son.
- We go to a Make-A-Wish Foundation video.
WWE Unified Divas Title Match: Natalya vs. Michelle McCool
We go to the ring for tonight’s Divas match and out comes the Champion, Michelle McCool. Layla is at ringside with her. Out next comes the #1 contender, Natalya. The bell rings and here we go.
Natalya takes McCool down at the bell with a headlock and she locks her up in a waistlock, but McCool rolls to the outside, trying to call for a timeout. Layla distracts Natalya, and she runs into a big clothesline from McCool. McCool launches Natalya into the barricade, before taking her back into the ring and burying knees in her back. McCool locks Natalya in a body scissors and tries to wear her down.
Natalya picks McCool up and slams her back first into the turnbuckle, scoring a near fall, but McCool is quick to lock the body scissors right back in. Natalya gets the crowd behind her, and the ref catches McCool using the ropes for leverage to force a break. Both women get back to their feet and McCool gets a back body drop and a couple of back elbows from Natalya. Natalya catches McCool with a clothesline, but Layla distracts the ref. McCool tries to use that to her advantage, but she ends up kicking Layla. Natalya goes for a roll up, but only gets a two count.
Natalya takes McCool off her feet and is able to lock in the sharpshooter, but McCool counters out of it into a heel hook. Natalya is able to roll over and right back into a sharpshooter. McCool almost taps, but Layla throws her shoe at Natalya, and that scores a DQ for McCool.

- After the match, Layla and McCool flee from the ring after Natalya tries a Sharpshooter on Layla. Natalya grabs McCool by the apron but Layla hits her in the head again with her shoes. Layla and McCool head to the back while Natalya holds McCool’s title belt.

Hell in a Cell Match for the World Heavyweight Title: The Undertaker vs. Kane
Out first for tonight’s main event is Kane. The bells toll next as The Undertaker begins to make his entrance. Paul Bearer comes out first with Taker a few feet behind him. Bearer and Taker enter the cell. Bearer wants to stay inside but Taker tells him to leave. As Bearer is leaving the cell, Kane attacks Taker and they start going at it.
They make their way back into the cell, and Kane grabs a chair, but Taker gets his foot up, and it backfires, catching Kane in the face instead. Taker sends Kane face first into the cell wall, following it up with a chair to the ribs before sending him head first into the ring steps, and then back into the ring. Taker his two big splashes and snake eyes Kane in the corner before hitting a big boot, and huge leg drop that’s good for a two count.
Kane gets up to his feet and grabs the chair, burying it into Taker’s midsection, than bringing it down across his back. Kane brings Taker into the corner, where he burying his shoulder into Taker’s midsection, before dropping Taker to the mat, and kicking away at him repeatedly. Taker rolls to the outside, and Kane follows, catching a throat chop for his troubles. Taker slams Kane’s head into the ring steps again, before laying Kane across the steps and kicking away at his head. Taker slams Kane’s head into the ring steps yet another time before taking Kane and slamming him, back first, into the cage wall.
Kane retaliates by sending Taker shoulder first into the steel ring steps, and kicking away at him. Kae grabs a chair and uses it to smash Taker’s left knee, working over Taker’s entire leg. Kane sends Taker back into the ring, and he wraps Taker’s leg around the steel ring post, before lodging it between the post and steps, and kicking the steps.
Kane rolls Taker into the ring, and brings the fight right to Taker, stomping away at Taker’s leg and back. Kane slams Taker’s leg into the apron before laying into him with a series of right hands. Kane charges Taker, but Taker moves and Kane ends up crashing into the steel wall. Taker pounds on Kane with a series of big fists to the side of the head before sending Kane back into the ring. Taker kicks at Kane’s head before going for, and connecting with his signature apron leg drop.
Kane hits Taker with a knee to the side of the head, and he stomp at him for a bit before wrenching away at Taker’s leg and working over his knee. Kane will not let up, leaping and dropping his knee right into Taker’s before going right back into another submission. Taker pounds away at the back of Kane’s head, trying to get him to let go of the submission. Taker is able to force Kane to break the hold, and he hits Kane with a series of blows on his knees. Kane fights back, and he stomps at Taker’s chest. Both men trade blows in the cents of the ring and Kane gets the advantage, but Taker comes right back with a leaping lariat.
Taker goes for Old School, but Kane kicks the ropes and Taker ends up crotching himself on the top turnbuckle. Kane goes up and tries for a superplex, but Taker fights him off, only to catch a big right hand to the head for his troubles. Kane hits Taker with a few more rights before trying for another superplex. Kane connects this time, getting right back up and going back to the top rope. Kane launches himself off the top rope, and connects with a clothesline, but Taker locks in Hell’s Gate out of nowhere. Kane is able to crawl to the outside, but Taker holds on. Kane finally breaks out of it, and falls to the floor.
Kane climbs back into the ring, and both men go for, and hit, a big boot. Both men are down.
Both men sit up, as they’re known to do, and they immediately begin trading blows. Kane catches Taker with a huge right hand, but Taker comes right back with a big DDT. Taker goes for the chokeslam, and he brings Kane down with force. Taker goes for the cover, but he only gets a two count. Taker kicks Kane in the gut, and goes for the last ride, but Kane hits Taker in the leg, fights out of it, and hits a chokeslam of his own that’s good for a two count.
Taker gets up to his feet, but he looks dazed. Kane takes advantage and hits three consecutive splashes in the corner before hitting Taker with a couple of big right hands, and climbing to the second rope to deliver a few more right hands. Taker grabs Kane by the legs, and uses the opportunity to deliver a Last Ride. Taker goes for the cover, but he only gets a two count.
Taker goes for the tombstone, but Kane is able to reverse it. Kane pins Taker, but Taker kicks out at two!
Kane argues with the ref and lays him out with a big right hand. One of the refs on the outside calls for help. The ref is taken out of the ring, and replaced, and Paul Bearer makes his way into the cell in the meantime. Kane sees this, and he goes for the manager. Bearer tries to run from Kane, but Kane follows. Kane tells Bearer to get into the ring. Kane follows Bearer, telling him he shouldn’t have come back. While Kane is tied up with Bearer, Taker sits up. Taker delivers a big chokeslam to Kane.
Taker calls for the tombstone, and the lights go out, and ‘lightning’ hits. Bearer opens the urn and a light comes out, blinding Taker. When the lights come back on, Taker recovers, but Bearer hands the urn to Kane who uses it to lay out Taker. Kane hits another chokeslam, goes for the cover, and gets the three count.
Winner: Kane
- After the match, Kane makes his way to the back, with Bearer in tow. Bearer takes the lid off the urn again to expose the light inside. Taker ends the night laid out in the ring, while Kane stands at the top of the ramp, with light from the urn shining on his face.
Submissions Count Anywhere Match for the WWE United States Title: John Morrison vs. The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan
We go to the ring for tonight’s first title match and out comes John Morrison. Out next comes WWE’s United States Champion, Daniel Bryan. The Miz is out last. Miz comes out and says he mentored both Morrison and Bryan. He says neither of them would be here if it weren’t for him. Miz says he never tapped out, because he’s The Miz and he’s awesome. The bell rings and here we go.
Miz and Bryan hit a double shoulder block to Miz, sending him to the outside. Morrison goes out one sie of the ring, and Bryan the other, and they chase Miz around for a bit before Morrison catches his foot, and Bryan executes a single leg drop kick to Miz’s head. Morrison and Bryan trade holds, doing a bit of mat wrestling before Bryan grapevines Morrison’s let and wrenches away. Morrison rolls to the outside, but Bryan continues to hold on until Miz kicks him in the back of the head. Miz picks up Morrison and rams him into the ring apron before sending BRyan into the barricade.
Miz rolls Morrison back into the ring where he pounds on him for a bit. Morrison is able to catch Miz off guard and lock in the tarantula, but Bryan breaks it up with a dropkick, sending Morrison to the outside. Bryan locks in Cattle Mutilation! Miz fights right out of it though, so Bryan lays in with some stiff kicks to Miz’s chest. Bryan grapevines Miz’s leg and Miz screams in pain. Bryan kicks Miz in the head with the submission locked in and he and Miz trade kicks. They roll toward the corner, and Morrison breaks up the submission with a corkscrew moonsault. Morrison locks in what looks to be the Haas of pain, but Miz breaks it up.
Morrison sends Miz to the outside and follows out with a corkscrew plancha. On the outside, Morrison charges Miz, but finds himself backdropped out into the crowd. Morrison tries to fight back, but Miz sends him headfirst into the ringside barricade. Miz locks in an armbar with his knee on Morrison’s head, but Morrison fights out of it with a big right hand. Morrison hits Miz with a series of forearms, and he and Miz begin brawling up the stairs deeper into the crowd. Miz locks Morrison in a modified Dragon sleeper wrenching Morrison between the stair railing, and Bryan is there to break it up. Miz comes right back, slamming Bryan head first into a trash can.
Miz continues to chase Bryan and almost finds himself locked in an arm bar, but Miz fights out of it. Miz fights off Morrison, bodyslamming him into a crowd partition. Miz sends Bryan crashing through a barricade. Miz disappears into the back and returns, rolling a big equipment box straight into Morrison before slamming Bryan on top of it. Miz launches the box, with Bryan still on top of it, into the entrance ramp, launching Bryan onto the ramp. Morrison uses the box to drop kick Miz in a terrible fashion. Morrison tries to lock in a submission but Bryan breaks it up. Miz sends Bryan into the barricade and connects with the SCF on Morrison on the concrete.
Miz turns his attention to Bryan and they fight up on the ramp. Both men go for their respective finishers, but neither man can connect. Bryan and Miz both hit simultaneous clotheslines and both are down. Morrison is shown on the side of the stage climbing the scenery. He climbs to the top of a stage Hell in a Cell and leaps off on both Bryan and Morrison with a big cross body.
Morrison gets to his knees and grabs Miz’s ankle. Morrison locks in a Texas cloverleaf, and Miz is screaming. Alex Riley comes out of nowhere and tosses Morrison off the Miz. Bryan sends Riley crashing into a cameraman and off the stage. Bryan turns his attention to Miz and he’s able to lock in the LeBell lock. Miz is forced to tap on the entrance ramp.

Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Title: Sheamus vs. Randy Orton
We see the Cell structure as Sheamus comes to the ring for the 20th Hell in a Cell match in WWE history. Out next is the WWE Champion Randy Orton to a big pop. We get formal introductions.
Orton and Sheamus lock up and push each other around the ring. They eventually break the collar and elbow tie up and just trade blows instead. Orton hits Sheamus with a big clothesline before raking his boot across Sheamus’ face. Sheamus is able to get a couple of blows in, in the corner, but Orton comes right back with another clothesline, and another that sends Sheamus over the top to the outside, Orton goes to slam Sheamus’ head into the cell, but Sheamus blocks and gets right back into the ring.
Back in the ring Orton tries for the pin, but Sheamus kicks out at two. Orton tries for a suplex, but Sheamus blocks, and suplexes Orton into the ropes instead. Sheamus hits a shoulderblock to Orton, who’s standing on the apron and ends up launched into the cell wall. Sheamus follows to the outside, but only to bring Orton back into the ring. Cover by Sheamus and he gets a two count. Sheamus lays into Orton with several boots in the corner. Orton tries to fight back with a couple of right hands, but a big fist to the gut puts Orton back down to the mat. Sheamus hits Orton with a couple of knees to the ribs.
Sheamus goes for a cover but can’t get three. Sheamus goes into the corner and tears off the turnbuckle pad, but when he goes to slam Orton’s head into it, Orton blocks it and begins to fight back. A quick blow from Sheamus takes Orton right back down to the mat. Orton rolls to the outside, and Sheamus follows (PG-ishly) raking Orton’s face and slamming it into the cell wall. Sheamus sets up the ring steps on their side, choosing to suplex Orton, ribs first, into the steps. Sheamus stands and knees down on Orton’s ribs, continuing to wear away at Orton. Back in the ring, Sheamus goes for a cover but he only gets two.
Sheamus locks in a rear chin lock, wrapping his legs around Orton’s body, but Orton is able to fight out of it. Sheamus lays into Orton with a couple of kicks to the back, and it’s right back into another submission, this time a waistlock. Orton fights to his feet and out of the hold with a big back body drop.
Orton sends Sheamus into the exposed turnbuckle, and both men are slow to get to their feet. Orton and Sheamus trade blows in the middle of the ring, and Orton fights out of a hold only to hit two clotheslines and a power slam on Sheamus. Sheamus misses with a clothesline and walks into a belly to belly suplex that’s good for a near fall. Orton hits his signature backbreaker, but Sheamus is quick to get back to his feet and reverses an RKO only to attack the ribs with a high knee to Orton’s stomach.
Sheamus goes to the outside, grabs the steel steps and brings them to the inside. Orton tries to fight abck against Sheamus, but Sheamus continues to focus on Orton’s ribs. Orton fights out of shoulder breaker position, and delivers a powerslam to Sheamus, planting him on the steps. Orton covers Sheamus, but Sheamus kicks out at two.
Sheamus rolls out to the apron, and Orton tries to go for his rope assisted DDT. Sheamus fights out of it, but Orton grabs his head, and jumps over the top rope, hanging Sheamus up on the top rope. Orton grabs Sheamus by the head, and dragging Sheamus out to the apron, hitting the DDT from the apron to the floor.
Sheamus is pretty quick to get back up to his feet, and he sends Orton shoulder first into the ring post, instead of getting another RKO. Back in the ring, Sheamus goes for, and hits his urunage backbreaker on the ring steps. Sheamus tosses the steps aside and waits for Orton to get back to his feet. Sheamus hits the bicycle kick and goes for the cover but Orton kicks out at two.
Sheamus goes under the ring, where he grabs a chair. Sheamus heads back into the ring and wails away at Orton’s back, hitting him about four times in succession. Sheamus covers Orton but still can’t get the three count. Sheamus picks up the chair again and waits for Orton to get to his feet. Sheamus swings but Orton ducks. Orton connects with the RKO, but Sheamus rolls to the outside.
Orton goes to the outside, and gets a look on his face. Orton sets up for the punt, but Sheamus rolls out of the way. Sheamus hits the bicycle kick instead, putting Orton down. Sheamus tries to get Orton up, and he rolls him back into the ring. Another cover, and Orton kicks out at two again.
Sheamus puts the ring steps back into the middle of the ring. Sheamus drags Orton to the steps, and he sets up for the high cross, but Orton counters out of it, planting Sheamus back first into the steps. Sheamus picks up Orton, but eats and RKO, coming down across the ring steps. Orton covers Sheamus, and this one is over.

– After the match, Randy Orton climbs to the top of the massive Cell and poses for the fans as his music plays.
– We go backstage with the NXT season 3 Divas – Aksana, Kaitlyn, AJ Lee, Maxine, Naomi Knight and Jamie Keyes. Nexus walks up and Heath Slater says they will have 6 members tonight after Wade Barrett wins. Barrett says they have a special gift for Cena tonight and it’s a Nexus armband. Barrett promises that Cena will be Nexus tonight.
– We go to the ring where Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer makes his ring introduction. Del Rio makes his way to the ring, not dressed to wrestle. Del Rio introduces himself to everyone. He says this is his WWE pay-per-view debut tonight and he wants to make it special. Del Rio talks about taking out Christian and Rey Mysterio and asks who will be next to face him.
Del Rio cuts a promo on the fans in Texas. He says he can buy every single one of them. Del Rio says he is better than everyone and says he is going to challenge…. Edge’s music interrupts and out he comes to the ring.
Edge says he is out here not to defend anyone, but to fight against stupidity. Edge says Del Rio has some parts of him that are stupid. Del Rio says he isn’t stupid, he’s the man who’s going to hurt you. Edge says Del Rio’s wink is stupid, his ring announcer is stupid and his scarf. It looks like we’re about to see a fight when Jack Swagger’s music hits and out he comes. Swagger says what’s stupid is a Canadian and an American arguing while he, the All-American, isn’t even wrestling tonight. Swagger is upset about Edge’s actions on Friday. Edge attacks Swagger but gets beatdown by Del Rio and Swagger. Del Rio slips away when the e-mail alert from RAW’s General Manager comes in. It’s announced that on RAW tomorrow, Edge must apologize to the GM. It’s also announced Edge vs. Swagger will take place right now.
Edge vs. Jack Swagger
Swagger lays the boots in to Edge midsection to start the match, but Edge reverses an Irish whip, hits a drop toe hold, and an elbow to the back of Swagger’s head. Swagger sends Edge crashing into the middle turnbuckle with a big Irish whip, before burying his boot in Edge’s chest. Swagger catches Edge with a big right hand, and Edge tries to fight back, but Swagger goes behind and hits a beautiful modified gutbuster that’s good for a two count.
Edge tries to fight back again, but Swagger hits Edge with a big clothesline to the back of the head that’s good for another near fall. Swagger puts Edge in a waistlock, and rolls around on the mat with him for a bit, before wrapping Edge up with a body scissors. Edge is able to fight it off, making his way up to his feet and hot shotting Swagger on the top rope. Edge puts Swagger on the middle rope and launches himself, but Swagger moves and Edge crashes into the ropes. Swagger covers Edge but only gets two. Swagger tries to German suplex Edge from the apron to the floor, but Edge grabs onto the ropes and won’t let go. Swagger locks in a sick rope assisted abdominal lock, but he’s forced to break within five seconds. Swagger comes back into the ring, but he’s greeted with a huge boot from Edge.
Swagger is able to take Edge down to the mat and he tries for the ankle lock, but Edge fights it off. Edge hits a modified neckbreaker that’s good for a near fall, but Swagger kicks out and goes right into the ankle lock. Edge gets to the ropes, and Swagger is forced to break the hold. Edge gets back to his feet, and he back body drops a charging Swagger over the top rope and out to the floor. Edge teases a suicide dive, but Swagger avoids it, and drags Edge to the floor. Swagger tries to lock in the ankle lock on the floor, but Edge sends Swagger head first into the ring steps instead. Back in the ring, Edge climbs the ropes, and Swagger jumps right up trying to bring Edge down. Edge fights Swagger off, and comes flying off the top with a missile dropkick that’s good for a two count.
Edge goes to the outside, and ends up crashing into another cameraman. When Edge goes up to the top again, Swagger jumps right up and hits a super belly to belly suplex, launching Edge across the ring. Swagger goes for the cover but only gets a two count. Swagger hits a belly to back suplex, planting Edge on the canvas, and Swagger’s lip looks to be busted open. Swagger goes for the Vader bomb, but Edge jumps to his feet and kicks Swagger in the ribs. Edge lets Swagger get to his feet, but when he goes for the spear, Swagger counters into a gut wrench powerbomb. Swagger covers Edge, but Edge kicks out at two. Swagger grabd Edge’s leg, and Edge goes for an enzugiri, but Swagger ducks, and Edge goes down. Swagger locks in the ankle lock.
Edge makes it to the ropes, but Swagger drags him back to the middle of the ring. Edge rolls through, getting out of the hold, and he connects with a big spear, taking Swagger out. Edge pins Swagger and gets the three count.

- We go backstage with David Otunga, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater and Michael Tarver. Apparently Otunga has a way to help Wade Barrett win tonight that won’t get them disqualified. Otunga tells him he will explain it to them and they walk off.

Out first for the next match is Wade Barrett, without any other Nexus members. Out next comes John Cena to a big pop from the crowd. If Cena loses, he must join Nexus but if he wins, the group must disband.
The bell rings, and we’re ready to kick things off. Both men lock up, and Barrett locks in a side headlock, but Cena fights out of it and takes Barrett down to the mat with some quick wrestling. Another lock up, and Cena takes Barrett right back down to the mat. Another lock up, and Barrett works over Cena’s arm and wrist, but Cena quickly works his way out of it and takes Barrett down with a big hip toss and dropkick.
Barrett pounds and stomps away at Cena, mounting and wailing away at his face. Cena comes right back with a series of rights and lefts of his own. Cena gets Barrett on his shoulders, but the Nexus run out to the ring, and Cena is distracted, allowing Barrett to hit him from behind with a big forearm. Barrett looks angry at the NExus and he argues with them, telling them not to interfere, and that he’s got a plan. Barrett picks Cena up and throws him into the barricade. Barrett sends Cena back into the ring, where he gets a quick two count.
Barrett pounds on Cena in the corner, sending Cena across the ring before hitting a big backbreaker that’s good for a two count. Barrett actually goes to the second rope, and jumps off with a big elbow drop. Barrett covers Cena but again, only gets a two count. Barrett continues the assault on Cena in the corner with a series of boots to Cena’s arms and midsection. Cena is able to battle back, catching Barrett with rights and lefts, but a charging Cena eats nothing but turnbuckle when Barrett moves. Barrett hits a neckbreaker that’s good for a two count. Barrett locks in a submission, and there’s a 50/50 chant for both men. Barrett slingshots Cena into the ropes, where he crashes back into Barrett’s knees, before Barrett goes back to work on Cena’s shoulders and arms.
Cena is able to fight out of the submission, and he comes right back with two consecutive flying shoulder blocks. A belly to back suplex, and Cena signals for the five knuckle shuffle, but he’s distracted when Nexus surround the ring. Cena hits the five knuckle shuffle anyway. Big Show is out, and he’s followed by a good portion of the locker room, who’re out to take it right to Nexus. The other superstars send Nexus packing. Officials come down to the ring to try and restore order, sending everyone to the back. Barrett gets to his feet and goes for a clothesline but Cena ducks. Cena almost locks in the STF but Barrett fights out of it. Barrett connects with a pumphandle slam, that’s good for a two count.
Barrett tries for the wasteland, but Cena counters out of it, going for the cover and getting a two count. Cena gets to his feet and waits for Barrett. Cena tries for the AA, but Barrett fights out of it, and hits some sort of crazy slam that’s good for another near fall. Both men are back to their feet, and Cena catches Barrett with a boot to the face, only to walk into a big side slam, that again, is good for another near fall. Barrett drags Cena over to the corner and goes up to the middle rope. Barrett jumps off with a big elbow drop, but Cena moves out of the way and Barrett crashes and burns.
Cena pulls himself to his feet on the apron, and he climbs up to the top rope, but Barrett stops him, seating him on the top turnbuckle. Barrett tries for a superplex, but Cena is able to power out of it, hitting Barrett with a couple of head butts and sending him crashing to the mat. Cena rights himself, and jumps off the top with a big leg drop to the back of Barrett’s head, but a cover only gets Cena a two count. Both men are back up and Cena tries for the AA, but Barrett counters out and connects with the wasteland. Barrett covers Cena, but Cena kicks out at two.
Barrett picks Cena back up to his feet, but Cena pops right up and hits the AA. Cena covers Barrett, but Barrett kicks out at two!
Both men are up again, and Cena ducks a clothesline before trapping Wade Barrett in the STF. Barrett crawls toward the ropes, and a ‘fan’ jumps into the ring to try and break things up. Another ‘fan’ comes in from out of nowhere while the ref is distracted and clocks Cena with something. Barrett pins Cena and gets the three count.

– After the match, the other members of Nexus come in the ring and celebrate with Barrett while Cena is laid out. They head up the ramp and turn around to laugh at Cena, who is looking not happy and trying to get to his feet. Cena finally stands and is applauded by the fans. We go to replays and afterward, Cena is looking very down.
- We go backstage with Paul Bearer and Josh Matthews. Bearer says Kane isn’t the only one with a master plan. Bearer has been waiting for 6 years, coming up with his own master plan. Bearer says Kane will never be the father of destruction’s favorite son.

We go to the ring for tonight’s Divas match and out comes the Champion, Michelle McCool. Layla is at ringside with her. Out next comes the #1 contender, Natalya. The bell rings and here we go.

Natalya takes McCool off her feet and is able to lock in the sharpshooter, but McCool counters out of it into a heel hook. Natalya is able to roll over and right back into a sharpshooter. McCool almost taps, but Layla throws her shoe at Natalya, and that scores a DQ for McCool.

- After the match, Layla and McCool flee from the ring after Natalya tries a Sharpshooter on Layla. Natalya grabs McCool by the apron but Layla hits her in the head again with her shoes. Layla and McCool head to the back while Natalya holds McCool’s title belt.

Hell in a Cell Match for the World Heavyweight Title: The Undertaker vs. Kane
Out first for tonight’s main event is Kane. The bells toll next as The Undertaker begins to make his entrance. Paul Bearer comes out first with Taker a few feet behind him. Bearer and Taker enter the cell. Bearer wants to stay inside but Taker tells him to leave. As Bearer is leaving the cell, Kane attacks Taker and they start going at it.
They make their way back into the cell, and Kane grabs a chair, but Taker gets his foot up, and it backfires, catching Kane in the face instead. Taker sends Kane face first into the cell wall, following it up with a chair to the ribs before sending him head first into the ring steps, and then back into the ring. Taker his two big splashes and snake eyes Kane in the corner before hitting a big boot, and huge leg drop that’s good for a two count.
Kane gets up to his feet and grabs the chair, burying it into Taker’s midsection, than bringing it down across his back. Kane brings Taker into the corner, where he burying his shoulder into Taker’s midsection, before dropping Taker to the mat, and kicking away at him repeatedly. Taker rolls to the outside, and Kane follows, catching a throat chop for his troubles. Taker slams Kane’s head into the ring steps again, before laying Kane across the steps and kicking away at his head. Taker slams Kane’s head into the ring steps yet another time before taking Kane and slamming him, back first, into the cage wall.
Kane retaliates by sending Taker shoulder first into the steel ring steps, and kicking away at him. Kae grabs a chair and uses it to smash Taker’s left knee, working over Taker’s entire leg. Kane sends Taker back into the ring, and he wraps Taker’s leg around the steel ring post, before lodging it between the post and steps, and kicking the steps.
Kane rolls Taker into the ring, and brings the fight right to Taker, stomping away at Taker’s leg and back. Kane slams Taker’s leg into the apron before laying into him with a series of right hands. Kane charges Taker, but Taker moves and Kane ends up crashing into the steel wall. Taker pounds on Kane with a series of big fists to the side of the head before sending Kane back into the ring. Taker kicks at Kane’s head before going for, and connecting with his signature apron leg drop.
Kane hits Taker with a knee to the side of the head, and he stomp at him for a bit before wrenching away at Taker’s leg and working over his knee. Kane will not let up, leaping and dropping his knee right into Taker’s before going right back into another submission. Taker pounds away at the back of Kane’s head, trying to get him to let go of the submission. Taker is able to force Kane to break the hold, and he hits Kane with a series of blows on his knees. Kane fights back, and he stomps at Taker’s chest. Both men trade blows in the cents of the ring and Kane gets the advantage, but Taker comes right back with a leaping lariat.
Taker goes for Old School, but Kane kicks the ropes and Taker ends up crotching himself on the top turnbuckle. Kane goes up and tries for a superplex, but Taker fights him off, only to catch a big right hand to the head for his troubles. Kane hits Taker with a few more rights before trying for another superplex. Kane connects this time, getting right back up and going back to the top rope. Kane launches himself off the top rope, and connects with a clothesline, but Taker locks in Hell’s Gate out of nowhere. Kane is able to crawl to the outside, but Taker holds on. Kane finally breaks out of it, and falls to the floor.
Kane climbs back into the ring, and both men go for, and hit, a big boot. Both men are down.
Both men sit up, as they’re known to do, and they immediately begin trading blows. Kane catches Taker with a huge right hand, but Taker comes right back with a big DDT. Taker goes for the chokeslam, and he brings Kane down with force. Taker goes for the cover, but he only gets a two count. Taker kicks Kane in the gut, and goes for the last ride, but Kane hits Taker in the leg, fights out of it, and hits a chokeslam of his own that’s good for a two count.
Taker gets up to his feet, but he looks dazed. Kane takes advantage and hits three consecutive splashes in the corner before hitting Taker with a couple of big right hands, and climbing to the second rope to deliver a few more right hands. Taker grabs Kane by the legs, and uses the opportunity to deliver a Last Ride. Taker goes for the cover, but he only gets a two count.
Taker goes for the tombstone, but Kane is able to reverse it. Kane pins Taker, but Taker kicks out at two!
Kane argues with the ref and lays him out with a big right hand. One of the refs on the outside calls for help. The ref is taken out of the ring, and replaced, and Paul Bearer makes his way into the cell in the meantime. Kane sees this, and he goes for the manager. Bearer tries to run from Kane, but Kane follows. Kane tells Bearer to get into the ring. Kane follows Bearer, telling him he shouldn’t have come back. While Kane is tied up with Bearer, Taker sits up. Taker delivers a big chokeslam to Kane.
Taker calls for the tombstone, and the lights go out, and ‘lightning’ hits. Bearer opens the urn and a light comes out, blinding Taker. When the lights come back on, Taker recovers, but Bearer hands the urn to Kane who uses it to lay out Taker. Kane hits another chokeslam, goes for the cover, and gets the three count.
Winner: Kane
- After the match, Kane makes his way to the back, with Bearer in tow. Bearer takes the lid off the urn again to expose the light inside. Taker ends the night laid out in the ring, while Kane stands at the top of the ramp, with light from the urn shining on his face.

Christian vs. Alberto Del Rio singles match was being advertised by the arena earlier this week but has since been pulled, obviously due to Christian’s injury.
DIVAS MATCH AT HELL IN A CELL PPV
The American Airlines Center website is advertising Michelle McCool vs. Natalya for the Unified Divas Title at Sunday’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. Natalya won a battle royal on RAW this week to become the new #1 contender but the match wasn’t officially announced on RAW.

* Kane defeats Chris Masters in a non-title match for the opener. Kane wins the match after a Tombstone. Actually a good match. Kane cut a promo on Undertaker after the match and has a challenge for Taker tonight that he can’t refuse.
* Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre beat The Hart Dynasty in a non-title match. McIntyre gets the win with the Futureshock DDT on Tyson Kidd.
* Backstage with CM Punk and Luke Gallows as Gallows takes out Punk. Punk vs. Gallows is announced for later tonight.
* Alberto Del Rio attacks Christian backstage and injures his shoulder.
* Chavo Guerrero beats Kaval with the Frogsplash. Very good match, not sure how it will play out on TV but it was the best of the night so far.
* Alberto Del Rio comes out and replays his attack on Rey Mysterio. Mysterio will return to SmackDown next week for a match with Del Rio. Christian comes out but Del Rio ends up making him tap out. Del Rio further injures Christian’s arm on the ring post.
* Big Show beat Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer in a squash.
* Backstage interview with Jack Swagger. Hornswoggle and Croft/Baretta put his jersey in a moving box for SyFy.
* CM Punk defeats Luke Gallows with the GTS.
* MVP defeats Dolph Ziggler by count out in a non-title match. Kaitlyn and Vickie came out with Ziggler and ended up fighting at ringside. Vickie and Kaitlyn leave and Dolph leaves the ring himself to be counted out.
* Kane comes out to cut a promo on Undertaker. He says the fun has just started and he wants a match at Hell in a Cell. Druids bring a casket to ringside. Kane opens it up and Paul Bearer sits up. The lights go out and when they come on Taker is in the ring. They brawl and Taker gets the upperhand. Kane leaves and Taker kneels to Bearer to end the show.
