WWE has announced John Cena vs. Vince McMahon and Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes in a handicap match for tonight’s show from the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon. It’s also expected that some sort of battle royal match will take place to determine the final Money in the Bank participant. Tonight’s RAW will be hosted by Criss ‘Mindfreak’ Angel.

BRET SPEAKS ON WORKING WITH RAW GUEST HOSTS

Bret Hart wrote the following on Facebook regarding working with RAW guest hosts since returning to WWE:
One of the most enjoyable aspects of returning to WWE and doing various appearances on Monday Night Raw these past couple of months has been meeting and working with the guest hosts. It was great seeing William Shatner, Carl Edwards, and Jerry Springer, who signed his action figure for me, but I have to admit that the biggest thrill was to finally meet my teenage heroes, Cheech and Chong. I finally met up with them immediately following the “Divas Pillow Fight” when their heart rates had just started to come down (not so easy when you’re watching the likes of Kelly Kelly and Alicia Fox battling in their pajamas). I was surprised to hear Tommy Chong recall, in detail, his fond memories of Stampede Wrestling. Chong, who was Calgary-born and bred, took me back when he said “I used to watch you when I was a kid.” I thought to myself “C’mon, give me a break.” Maybe my dad or my older brothers, but not likely me. The more we spoke, I realized that it wasn’t impossible that this one-time Calgary-kid managed to blend in with the local throngs of fans who once sat riveted to their benches taking in the world’s best pro wrestling at that time. The more we chatted, the more I understood that he was telling the truth. He had in fact showed up, probably incognito, to watch me thump “The Stomper” or Bad News Allen once upon at time. It’s a satisfying feeling to know that while I was listening to and seeing my heroes for all those years, that he was also watching me back then. Very cool!
