JBL WORKING WITH FAMILY CENTRE IN BAHAMAS

 Former WWE Superstar JBL is working with the Family Centre in the Bahamas to help people on the island overcome social challenges. JBL calls Bermuda one of the best places on the planet and is looking for help from international charity Beyond Sport to clean up neighborhoods in the Bahamas that have been affected by antisocial behavior.

WWE WORKING ON MAJOR STONE COLD DVD

 Jim Ross wrote the following on Twitter about the major new Steve Austin DVD that WWE is working on:

“WWE to produce definitive Steve Austin DVD this year. Stone Cold to be hands on. Release date likely for holidays. Should be huge. The @Brethart & @ShawnMichaels_ DVD’s out in Oct. @steveaustinBSR dvd out b4 Xmas. Steve will help produce his DVD. Both will be must see.”

MIZ WILL BE THROWING OUT FIRST PITCH

 The Miz will be throwing out the first pitch at the Cleveland Indians vs. Los Angeles Angels baseball game on July 26th from Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio.

CM PUNK WANTS STONE COLD AT WRESTLEMANIA 28

 It’s being reported that CM Punk wants to face Steve Austin at WrestleMania 28 in Miami next year. While Punk dropped a hint on last Monday’s RAW that he wanted the main event at WrestleMania 28, it’s said that the chances of Punk vs. Austin happening next year are slim to none.

UPDATE ON AVERNO

 Back when all the talk was going on regarding Averno coming to WWE to work with Sin Cara, it was believed that he would be dropping his NWA Historic Middleweight Title due to his departure from Mexico. In an update, Averno retained his title in a rematch against La Mascara on July 4th. All signs point to Averno sticking around in Mexico for a while.
