UNDERTAKER TAKING BREAK AFTER THIS SUNDAY?

The Wrestling Observer reports that if The Undertaker loses the Buried Alive match at Sunday’s Bragging Rights, it is very likely that he will be taking time off for shoulder surgery. Taker is still suffering from a number of injury problems but his shoulder is the main problem right now and he needs surgery on it.

UFC AND WWE HOLDING TRIBUTE TO THE TROOPS TOGETHER

 Both WWE and UFC are talking about using the same location for their annual Tribute to the Troops shows this year.


While WWE won’t be returning overseas for this year’s tribute, they are talking about running a show at Fort Hood in Texas on December 15th. UFC is planning on returning to Fort Hood on January 22nd for its Troops Show. Neither of these dates are official yet.

NEW WWE TITLE BELT?

WWE is planning to release a silver WWE Title belt in 2011 that will be for sale at events and on their shop website. No word yet if they plan on using the silver title on TV.

WRESTLEMANIA KICK OFF PARTY NEWS

 WWE will be holding a WrestleMania 27 Kickoff Party on Friday, November 12th from 7-10pm at Centennial Park in Atlanta, Georgia. Names advertised to appear include The Bella Twins, Evan Bourne and Ricky Steamboat.

WWE CHANGES PLANS FOR ELIMINATION CHAMBER 2010

The 2011 WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view will now take place in Oakland, California at the Oracle Arena on February 20th.

WWE had previously planned to hold the event at Madison Square Garden in New York City but those plans were changed due to a conflict with a New York Rangers hockey game that afternoon. WWE wouldn’t have had the time to setup for the Chamber pay-per-view after the hockey game.
