We are live on tape from Laredo, Texas and your announcers are Matt Striker and Todd Grisham.
Rey Mysterio comes to the ring and he addresses the people of Laredo. He says last week when he was choke slammed by Kane into the Gulf of Mexico, he went down about ten or fifteen feet under water. He had the wind knocked out of him and his lungs filled with fluid. He tried to catch his breath but he couldn’t and he freaked out. Rey says that he saw his life flash before his eyes for the first time. As he struggled to the surface, he saw the face of his accuser. Kane was standing there, looking at him and then he walked away.
Rey says that he has been through a lot in his career. He has been beaten and backstabbed, but he has never been accused of something he didn’t do. He cannot believe that Kane accused him last week of taking out the Undertaker. Rey says that he has always been serious with the fans. He says that he did not have anything to do with attacking the Undertaker. Rey says that in his opinion, Kane has always been delusional. Now Kane is threatening to put him in a casket after his match at SummerSlam. Rey says that he doesn’t like caskets because they freak him out. They are a symbol of loss and heartbreak. They are a symbol for the dead. Rey says that when he meets his maker, Kane will not be the one who will judge him. That person is God. Rey says that he knows who attacked the Undertaker and he will tell everyone . . .
Before Rey can reveal the name of the attacker, Drew McIntyre comes to the ring. Drew tells Rey that we have names for people like Rey where he comes from. Those who wear masks, those who lurk in the shadows trying to gain the trust of the masses. Drew says that those people are called criminals. Drew tells Rey that he has pulled the wool over the people’s eyes for decades now. Drew tells everyone that Rey has pulled the wool over Rey’s eyes. Now, at the expense of the Undertaker, the truth has finally come out. Drew asks Rey ‘how could you’. Rey wants to know what Drew is talking about. Drew says that Rey is supposed to be a hero for everyone.
Drew asks how Rey if a hero would stand there and do nothing while CM Punk was falsely accused and had his arm injured. Rey says that wasn’t his business. Drew asks Rey if a hero would stand idly by while Jack Swagger was falsely accused and then do nothing while Jack watched his sixty-four year old father being hospitalized before his own eyes. Rey says that wasn’t his business. Drew says that it is okay. Drew says that he admires what Rey did. Drew says that he wishes he had taken out the Undertaker himself. There is a difference between him and Rey. Drew says that if he was the perpetrator, he would have done it by himself. Drew says that by looking at Rey, he needed help. Drew says that he doesn’t believe that someone like Rey is capable of taking out someone like the Undertaker, but he is.
Drew says that he can take out anyone he chooses. Drew asks Rey if he saw what he did to Christian’s arm last week. Drew says that the doctors say that Christian will never be the same again. After that match, he says that he had an idea. Drew says that his idea was to do the same thing to Rey in his own back garden. Drew says that he has spoken to Teddy Long and if Rey agrees, he will make it official. Drew wants Rey to fight him. Drew says that he wants to know what kind of man Rey is. He wants to see the same aggression in Rey that he used to take out the Undertaker. Drew dares Rey and Rey starts to speak in Spanish. He tells Drew to calm down and then he says that Drew has a lot of nerve to come out and disrespect him in front of his raza. Rey asks Drew if he wants to see some aggression tonight. Drew dares him again and Rey tells Drew that they have a match. Rey throws the mic at Drew and leaves the ring.

We are back and we are reminded that Dolph Ziggler has his chance to become Intercontinental Champion tonight against Kofi Kingston.
Match Number One: Matt Hardy versus ‘Dashing’ Cody Rhodes
Cody with a kick and elbow to the back of the neck followed by a forearm and kicks. Matt puts Cody in the corner and he punches Cody. Matt sends Cody into the turnbuckles and then he punches and kicks Cody. Matt with an Irish whip and clothesline into the corner followed by a bulldog for a near fall. Matt waits for the Twist of Fate but Cody goes to the floor to regroup and we go to commercial.
We are back and Matt works on the arm and he puts Cody in an arm bar. Cody misses a punch and Matt with a double leg take down and Matt hits a few leg drops for a near fall. Matt with a forearm to the back and then we see Cody and Matt exchange forearms. Cody with an Irish whip but he runs into an elbow. Matt goes to the turnbuckles and Cody pulls him off but Matt lands on his feet but it looks like one of his knees buckled. Cody with a springboard round house kick for a near fall. Cody with a Ric Flair rolling knee drop and then he puts Matt in a cross face. Matt gets to his feet and he punches Cody and gets a near fall with a sunset flip. Cody with a kick and tries for a suplex but Matt counters with an inside cradle. Cody with a knee to the head and then he hits a gourdbuster followed by a kick to the head and he goes back to the crossface.
Cody throws Matt to the mat by the hair and then he kicks Matt while taunting him. Cody with a punch but Matt with a kick. Cody with more punches and forearms and then he sends Matt into the turnbuckles. Cody with a slam and then he gets a near fall. Cody returns to the crossface. Matt punches Cody in the ribs followed by an elbow and a neck breaker. Matt with a clothesline or two and then he hits a back elbow and elbow drop. Matt hits the Side Effect and he gets a near fall. Matt signals for the Twist of Fate but Cody blocks the kick and gets a near fall with a rollup.
Cody with a side Russian leg sweep and then he tries for another rolling knee drop but Hardy moves out of the way. Hardy with a clothesline into the corner and Hardy tries for the bulldog again and Cody holds on to the ropes. Matt puts Cody on the turnbuckles and he punches Rhodes. Cody gets off the turnbuckles and tries for the Alabama Slam but Hardy holds on to the ropes. Rhodes lets go and Hardy gives himself snake eyes. Rhodes waits for Matt to get up and Cody hits Cross Rhodes and gets the three count.
Winner: Cody Rhodes

We are back with another Alberto Del Rio video package. He looks at a globe and says that people want things. They want a nice house, a great job, and the unattainable mate. Deep down, you have the power to get these things, but you don’t. He wonders why. He says that it is because you are mentally constipated. You keep your ambitions bottled up. Alberto says that is not the case with him. He says that he achieves everything he puts his mind to. He says that he is not bound by limitations or imprisoned by insecurities. He says that he is an enlightened man.
We go to Teddy Long’s office and he is joined by Rosa Mendes who is showing off her body. Michelle and Layla enter and Michelle tells Rosa less talking and more training. Rosa says something in Spanish before leaving and Michelle says that she didn’t know what she said and neither did Layla. Michelle understands what Teddy says but they are both champions. Teddy says that there will only be one women’s title on Smackdown and if they won’t decide, he will. Layla says that they are BFF champs and Teddy says that he has made up his mind. He wants one of the belts now and neither woman wants to give up their belt. Eventually Michelle is the bigger person and she gives Teddy her belt but tells Layla that she owes her. Teddy says that only one of them will wear the title. Michelle and Layla argue over the belt. They break the belt in half and then say that the title is flawless.
Vickie Guerrero comes out and after saying Excuse Me a few times, she introduces her handsome boyfriend and the future Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler.

We are back with the WWE Rewind: We see Kofi Kingston freak out after being slapped by Vickie Guerrero last week.
Match Number Two: Dolph Ziggler with Vickie Guerrero versus Kofi Kingston for the Intercontinental Title
Dolph misses a clothesline but Kofi connects with a series of kicks and Ziggler goes to the floor while Vickie tells the referee that Kofi is crazy. Dolph returns to the ring and Kofi with a waist lock and take down. Ziggler with an elbow and knee followed by a forearm. Dolph throws Kofi to the floor but he returns to the ring immediately and connects with a flying forearm. Kofi follows Dolph to the floor and he hits a clothesline. Kofi sends Dolph into the apron before returning him to the ring. Dolph with a kick to the knee and head. He follows it with a punch and tries for a cover. Dolph with a rear chin lock to Kofi. Dolph sends Kofi back to the mat by the hair. Kofi with punches to Ziggler that stagger him and then Kofi with a drop kick and clothesline that sends Dolph over the top rope to the floor. Kofi with a suicide dive onto Ziggler and we go to commercial.
We are back and Ziggler is now in control of the match and he has Kofi in an arm bar with a chin lock. We see highlights from the commercial break when Kofi missed a charge and went shoulder first into the ring post. Ziggler wraps the arm in the ropes while he continues to work on the arm. Ziggler punches the arm and then he connects with a snap mare and a leap frog neck snap for a near fall. Ziggler gets another near fall and the he kicks Kofi in his injured shoulder. Kofi tries to kick Ziggler away. Ziggler with a series of elbow drops and then he hits the hesitation leaping elbow drop and gets a near fall. Ziggler returns to the arm bar and chin lock to stretch the ligaments and tendons in the shoulder. Kofi with punches and chops with his good arm and then he punches Ziggler in the corner. The referee pulls Kofi out of the corner and Ziggler with a kick and a stunner to the arm but he can only get a two count.
Ziggler with a kick to the shoulder and he continues to work on the shoulder. Vickie gets on the apron and Ziggler is distracted long enough to allow Kofi to recover and hit Trouble in Paradise. Even though Kofi is unable to make the cover, Vickie gets in the ring and yells at the referee. This allows Ziggler to get up and hit the Zig Zag for the three count.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
After the match, Ziggler celebrates in the ring with Vickie and then Kofi attacks Ziggler. Kofi kicks Ziggler and then throws Ziggler over the top rope to the floor. Kofi kicks Ziggler and slams him on top of the announce table and then pushes the table over. Kofi with a forearm to Ziggler followed by kicks. Vickie yells that Kofi is crazy while Kofi sends Ziggler’s head into the ring steps numerous times. Kofi picks up Ziggler and throws him head first into the steps one more time. The referee pulls Kofi off Ziggler while Ziggler lays lifeless on the ring steps.
Vickie goes to check on Ziggler and she wants someone to help Ziggler. We go to commercial.
We are back with a Moments Ago Moment looking back at Dolph Ziggler’s victory to become the new Intercontinental Champion and Kofi post match attack on Ziggler.
The Straight Edge Society comes to the ring. While they walk to the ring, we are told that Big Show will face the male members of the Straight Edge Society.
Punk says that he has accomplished a great many things in his life. He has accomplished things that the fans could not attain like sobriety. He talks about being the only three time Straight Edge World Champion. He talks about competing in and winning back to back Money in the Bank matches at Wrestlemania while everyone else can only purchase tickets to the show. Punk says that he has never been more proud than last week when the Straight Edge Society formed such a cohesive unit and toppled the giant of the WWE Universe. Right now, he would love nothing more than watch the footage. He asks to see the footage again.
Punk comments on the footage and then he asks for the footage to be paused. Punk says that they are looking at the breaking of Big Show’s dorsal side of his wrist. Punk says that because of him, Show has two severed tendons in his hand so he doesn’t know if Show is going to make it to SummerSlam. He says that it is 50/50 if Show will ever sign an autograph again. It is because of what they did. We go to more footage. Joseph wants the footage paused to see the look on Show’s face. Punk asks Joseph if he is happy. He asks if Luke and Serena are happy. Punk looks at them and then tells them that it is funny because he didn’t tell any of them that they could be happy.
He tells all of them to get on their knees. Punk says that he meant what he said. It stands forever. Their happiness is a sign of weakness. When they are happy, they let Punk down. When they let him down, they slip. If they show weakness for one second, it means that they are falling off the wagon and they could be like anyone in the crowd. He says that he will not tolerate their weakness or their slipping. If they fall of the wagon, they will pack their bags. He tells Serena that it might as well be filled with alcohol. Punk tells them to stand up. He tells them that they will be better than everybody. He says that they will be happy when he says they are happy. Punk tells them that satisfaction is the death of desire.

Match Number Three: CM Punk, Luke Gallows, and Joseph Mercury with Serena versus Montel Vontavious Porter, JTG, and Chris Masters
Luke and JTG start things off and Luke with a kick and forearm to the back and head. JTG with a sliding punch but Gallows catches JTG. JTG escapes and tags in Porter. Porter with punches to Gallows followed by a drop toe hold and knee to the back of the head for a near fall. Porter runs into an elbow and Gallows with a running clothesline. Gallows with a slam and Mercury tags in and stomps on the solar plexus and follows that with a knee drop. Mercury with forearms in the corner and Gallows is tagged back in. Mercury Irish whips Porter into an uppercut from Gallows. Luke with a splash for a near fall. Gallows with a reverse chin lock. Porter with punches but he runs into a back elbow. Gallows with a front face lock and Mercury tags back in. Mercury with a neck breaker for a near fall. Mercury with a leg lace and he tags in Gallows who hits an elbow drop but he misses a second one. Gallows knocks JTG and Masters off the apron. Porter with a double thrust and face buster but Punk with a kick to the back of the head followed by a big boot from Gallows for the three count.

After the match, Punk hugs his members of the Straight Edge Society.
It is time for the latest ‘Dashing Cody Rhodes Grooming Tips’ segment. This week’s subject is eyebrows. Cody says that he is going to show us that we can be dashing. One of the most revealing features of the face is the eyebrows. He talks about browscaping. With tweezers and the proper tools, you can groom your eyebrows and comb them. If you comb your hair, why not your eyebrows. He says that you are now one step closer to being dashing.

Matt and Todd talk about the problems in Team WWE and whether they will be able to deal with Nexus at SummerSlam. Who are the question marks on Cena’s team. We run through the card for SummerSlam and we have four matches now.
We go to Kane in the casket room. He says that he can smell Rey’s fear. The putrid stench of lies is turning his stomach. He saw it in Rey’s eyes before he choke slammed Rey into the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This casket strikes a dread so ominous in your soul that there will be nothing left to fight. He says that his vengeance will revive Rey from his paralyzed state of horror only to be destroyed when he stuff Rey into the casket and the darkness consumes him forever.
Match Number Four: Rey Mysterio versus Drew McIntyre
They lock up and Drew backs Rey into the turnbuckles. Drew with a clean break and he has something to say to Rey. Rey with a kick to Drew’s leg and he avoids McIntyre and it frustrates Drew. Drew with a clothesline to Rey and punches to the head but the referee pulls Rey off. Drew with a forearm after he sends Rey off the ropes. Drew with a forearm across the back and a European uppercut that sends Rey into the corner. Drew with kicks and the referee pulls Drew out of the corner again. Drew with a forearm to the head followed by an Irish whip but Rey with a drop toe hold into the turnbuckles and one into the ropes and Drew falls into the ropes but Drew rolls to the floor. Rey with a pescado onto Drew but Rey tweaked his ankle a bit. Rey with a kick on the floor and then they return to the ring.
Rey misses a springboard move but Drew with a clothesline for a near fall. Drew with a kick to Rey and then he stomps on Rey’s head. Drew with another boot to the back of the head. Drew with a short arm clothesline and he gets a near fall. Drew with a punch but Rey with a head scissors and then he drops down when Drew charges at him and Drew goes over the top rope to the floor. Rey with a rana off the apron and he sends Drew into the ringside barrier. We go to commercial.
We are back and Drew with forearms to Rey. Drew with an Irish whip but he runs into a boot and Rey tries for a rana but Drew counters with a buckle bomb and he gets a near fall. Drew punches Rey and the referee warns him one more time. Rey rolls to the apron but he is by the ring post and Drew uses the ring post to stretch Rey. Drew hot shots Rey onto the announce table and then he returns to the ring. Rey is able to get back in the ring right before the referee gets to ten. Drew with kicks to Rey followed by a snap mare and seated abdominal stretch. Rey with kicks to the head to escape followed by another kick. Rey tries for a wheelbarrow into a bulldog but Drew counters with a sit out face driver and Drew gets a two count. Drew gets Rey on his shoulders and then he hits a gut buster for a near fall.
Drew with a boot to Rey’s chest. He follows that with forearms across Rey’s chest. Drew with a key lock on Rey but Rey with kicks to the head to get out of the hold. Rey with a DDT to counter McIntyre and both men are down. Rey rolls to the apron and he hits the springboard seated senton followed by a springboard cross body for a near fall. Drew with a kick and Irish whip but Drew runs into an elbow. Drew with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker but Drew can only get a two count. Drew runs Rey into the turnbuckles and connects with shoulders followed by punches.
Drew sets for the Future Shock DDT but Rey escapes. Rey with a drop kick to the knee but Drew gets out of the ropes. Rey leaps onto Drew’s shoulders and then Rey with a rollup for the three count.
Winner: Rey Mysterio
After the match, Rey gets on the mic and he is interrupted by Kane who has a casket with him. Kane also has an evil smirk on his face. Kane opens the casket and then he gets into the ring. Drew attacks Rey from behind and then he leaves the ring when Kane approaches him. Kane stands over Rey and Rey backs out of the ring but he steps into the casket and Rey freaks out.
Rey goes to the stage and he has a mic. Rey says it wasn’t him who took out the Undertaker. Rey says that it was Kane. Kane falls to his knees and repeatedly says ‘no’ as we go to credits
