RAW GUEST HOSTS ANNOUNCED

WWE.com has announced that the cast of the upcoming MacGruber movie will host RAW on April 19 from East Rutherford, N.J. The hosts will include SNL stars Will Forte and Kristen Wiig as well as actor Ryan Phillippe. WWE superstars Chris Jericho, Big Show, MVP, Mark Henry and Great Khali all have supporting roles in the comedy, which hits theaters in the United States on May 21st.

MICKIE JAMES UPDATE, UPDATE ON UMAGA'S DEATH

Mickie James was released from the hospital earlier this week after her surgery for a staph infection and is now resting at home. People were asked about her status at the WWE tapings this week and were told there is no time table for her return. Officials remain hopeful that she will be back in time for WrestleMania.

The Associated Press has published another article looking at the cause of death of former WWE superstar Eddie “Umaga” Fatu. The article states that Umaga’s death was “caused primarily by the combined effects of painkillers, tranquilizers and a muscle relaxant” but also notes that “hypertensive cardiovascular disease” was a contributing factor. 

CANDICE TALKS ON HER PREGNANCY

Former WWE Women’s Champion Candice Michelle has posted a blog on her official website updating fans on her pregnancy. She wrote:
“Pregnancy is going really well, approximately 10 weeks to go, give or take, and I am in the stage where I am getting excited and really anxious to meet her! Her nursery is almost done and preparing for our home birth. I just try and imagine what shell look like…i cant wait,” she wrote. “I’m working on scheduling the photoshoot towards the end of March. We waited a bit longer til my belly was bigger, I think it is ready!”

HALL OF FAMER ARRESTED, NXT RATINGS

Apparently WWE Hall of Famer Iron Sheik was arrested last week while boarding a flight with AirTran from Las Vegas, reports F4Wonline.com. The story goes that Sheik got belligerent with flight officials after they found alcohol in his bag.

 This week’s episode of WWE NXT on SyFy scored a 1.0 rating with 1,298,000 viewers.
